Remarks :

So for admission, we need to write mains exam and score the necessary percentile for the admission to the respective course. The application form and other procedures can be found in the official college website.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I have chosen mechanical engineering as I am interested in automobiles. The faculty student ratio is pretty good and the faculty teaching method is also very good. Most of the faculty have done their PhD's from IIT's and NIT'S.

Class Size : 67Course Fees : INR 120000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

We have a mandatory summer internship program where everyone has to go through the internship or should work under a professor in any research project. The internship is considered as a 3 credit course.

Placement Experience :

From the 4th year onwards, students are eligible for the placements and around 1000 offers were made last year. The highest package was 88 lakhs and average was around 15 lakhs overall. 90% of the students got placed last year.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The cost to study is not so high when compared to other private colleges. The fees hike is also very low. After the first year we can get merit scholarships and for SC,ST categories they have different scholarships.

Campus Life :

In our campus the tech fest is conducted in odd semester which is called as technozion and the annual cultural fest is conducted in even semester which is called as spring spree. The central library we have is pretty large and we can find all types of books there.

Hostel Facilities :

The rooms have all the basics facilities and every year the hostels get renovated and the needed cleanliness is also maintained. The mess quality is average. Registration for the hostel and the mess is done at the time of report itself.

Life of IITians

Placement Experience:

Almost 80% of students from our college get placed every yea. The average package was 27 lakhs per annum and the highest was 51 lakhs per annum recorded last year. We get placements in 7 th semester. I will take my job after I get placement. I would prefer to continue my job only after placement.

DIVE WITH ME INTO THE WORLD OF IITH

Placement Experience:

from the 7th semester, students can sit for placements. the companies visited are Google, Goldman Sachs, amazon, Microsoft, Flipkart. etc. 90% of the students were placed. highest is 66 lakhs and the average is around 20-25 lakhs. my plans after getting a degree is if I get a good package from campus placements I will accept it and do a job if I am not satisfied or if I do not get the good package I will go for masters abroad.

A college experience.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this to get a degree in computer science which I thought would be better for me. The course curriculum is good as of now. The faculty-and-student ratio is okay too. But all of the faculty here are contract-based I suppose but are of good knowledge. The faculty inspires students to gain knowledge and motivates them to be independent as much as possible. They train students to be disciplined and are strict in that term. The teachers are also well qualified and of a good experience. The term exams got postponed due to the weather conditions and state holidays but apart from that, every other exam is conducted timely. But I would blame the correction for the pass percentage of the students from the university, though you would find the paper to score well.

My one year experience in IIT Hyderabad, my dream college

Placement Experience:

Great placement was there, but the packages were a bit less due to the recession. placement percent is around 98-99%. Many students go for higher studies, I am also thinking of doing MBA or preparing for UPSC. The highest packege this year was around 70-72 lpa.
