Remarks :

To be admitted to this course, one needs to qualify for the IIT-JEE Mains and IIT-JEE Advanced exams. The form for the IIT-JEE Mains exams is present on the official NTSE website. the application fee for JEE mains is 900/- for males and 300/- for females. To clear JEE Mains you have to score above 90 percentile. JEE mains exam is conducted twice every year. JEE is a computerized objective-type questions examination of 300 marks which involves questions from Physics, Chemistry, and Maths. To register for the JEE Advanced examination, one can visit the official JEE Advanced official website. JEE Advanced is conducted annually and its registration fee is 3500/-. JEE Advanced is conducted through two papers. Paper 1 is conducted in the morning from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and contains form Physics, Chemistry, and Maths and is of 360 marks. Paper 2 is conducted on the same day from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and is based on the same pattern as Paper 1. To be eligible for the Computer Science course one needs to score AIR 2500.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The boom of Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Machine Learning, and Internet Development provides enormous opportunities in Computer Science engineering. For every 40 students, there is a professor. The professors are IIT are well-equipped with teaching and research experience in their respective fields. the term exams are carried out at an interval of 1 month and the level of difficulty is moderate.

Internships Opportunities :

The placement cell provides internship opportunities for all the students which prepares them for job interviews and provides them with work experience and stipends. Companies like GOOGLE, TATA, MICROSOFT, and AMAZON provide internship opportunities. Students are also allowed to get internships through their own sources.

Placement Experience :

The placement forms IITs are well known. The Highest package going as high as 1.8Cr and the average package is 40 lakhs. Companies such as Google, TATA, and Microsft involve themselves in college placements. Almost 100% of the students get their placement easily.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The annual fee is 200000. Being a government college, the fee is minimal. The government provides huge funding and subsidies for all the facilities. The training and placement cell here at the college tries to grab many internship and placement opportunities. The college also introduces many minor courses to equip students with many more skills.

Campus Life :

Anwesha- the cultural fest of IIT Patna is the biggest cultural fest of all northeast India and is conducted around February of every year. Celesta- the tech fest of the college is conducted around November every year. The library contains numerous books, journals, and research papers on all topics. the classrooms are equipped with AC and WiFi.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel is equipped with water coolers, washing machines, and WiFi. all the electrical sockets are in perfect working condition. The common room of the area has a TV and a Table Tennis Table. The mess provided varied dishes and the food taste is okay. The registration process is quite smooth and we are given rooms with students of the same year and same course.

Good for study

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placement after the seventh semester. Some good and bug companies also visit to give campus placement. The average package for 2023 is about thirteen lakh per annum. My plan after getting the degree is to take a placement in a good company.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is fine. At first, it took time to understand what the professors were teaching. But as time passes by it becomes less confusing. But the best part about Electrical Engineering is that our Electrical Engineering Professor is very good.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The reason I took this course was the fact I thought I could excel in this as computer science was a subject I felt like a hobby to learn rather than a burden. The ratio in this college is maybe 4:2 in my course as there are a lot of boys in the school compared tp girls. The term exams were hard for me but hopefully, I will make it up at the end sem. The teaching of teachers is great and they clear all of your doubts.

NIT Patna and it's wonderfullness

Placement Experience:

After 6th semester students can sit for placements. L&T, Capgemini, Google, Phone Pay, Microsoft, a nation with Namo, BPCL, ICICI back, and many more companies visit our college. The highest package is 52 lakh and the average package is 13 lakh. 80 percent of students get placed. I planned for government jobs after my degree.

Review of iiit bhagalpur (1st year student)

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am pursuing btech (CSE) from this college, I have gone for this college because of the placement rate of this college. This college is started in 2017 and and 1st batch was going with 100% placement and if we talk about this year (2023) recently 3 students selected in autodest with 39lpa. Faculty: you will not be satisfied with faculty, I don't understand anything about what they are teaching and if you know, you know YouTube is the boss. Exams: recently last month there conducted mid sem exams and questions were from last year mid mid-semester pyq so that was easy.

A great college to learn and explore - IIT Patna

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for internships in 3rd year and for placements in 7th semester. Last year a total of 162 companies visited and no. Of the offers made were 400+. Popular companies like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Intel, and Samsung visited our campus. The highest package last year was 82lpa by Atlassian whereas the average package is 24 lpa. Placements percentage varies between 85-90 percent. My plan after getting my degree is to get a job in a good MNC.

Good college and infrastructure

Placement Experience:

Placement of IIT PATNA is too high and enjoyable. Here fourth-year students become eligible for campus placements because in third they need to do internship programs. Highest package for here is about 1 crore. Mostly 50-70 percent of students go for placements.
