Remarks :

The admission process is quite clear. We can apply through our JEE and GUJCET scores. My rank was 1961 and the cutoff was probably at 2500. For SC and ST student cutoff was at 10000. You have to just score well in GUJCET and boards.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I opted for the CE [Computer Engineering] course at Government Engineering College Gandhinagar. Here college atmosphere is quite pleasing and motivating. Faculties are very helpful, though it's a government college. All professors are GPSC class I and II officers.

Class Size : 75Course Fees : INR 1500 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Good internship opportunities are available at Government Engineering College Gandhinagar. And a degree from a government college and GTU in your resume would make it precious. Here quality development is at a peek.

Placement Experience :

On this college campus placements are good and but quite decent. Almost 20-30% of students are getting placed. From 3 year students became eligible for the placements. But if you want higher placements you have to be ready for off-campus placements.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The annual fee is a Government College, there is not any hike any fees, and also there would be no burden of fees. Just 1500/- rs for a year, means 6000/- Rs for a 4-year course. Scholarships like MYSY and others can be availed.

Campus Life :

Here in the library, you can find the majority of books for academics as well as for other topics. We also had a Gymkhana who organizes timely sports meet, events, etc. Classrooms are good but, not upto the level of a private college. Technological clubs like CLUB-IDE, E-CELL, etc. are working here.

In the college on campus visit companies on every year. companies like wipro, infoysis, TCS, etc. In the on campus which students are sitting which current semester was 7th and no kt in semester and which have greater than 7 cgpi .the highest package of this college is 1500000 per year which was computer engineering student . The lowest package is 250000 per year.

Placement Experience:

As far as I know, they will give him the placements most probably this is starting in 3rd semester to 4th semester. 15-20 Companies are visiting this University. Examples of companies are Mahindra, Blue Star, HDFC Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Reliance Industries Ltd, ICICI Bank, Honda, ACC Limited, Canara Bank, Axis Bank, Cocacola, Zomato etc. The highest package in this University is 12.4LPA. And The average package is 4.20LPA to 7.20LPA. They provide placements to about 70% of students. My next plan is to get the degree. I will do Master's in B.Tech.
