Remarks :

IIT -JEE is the entrance exam to get into IIT Patna. Besides, above 75 percent is necessary in 12 boards. Application forms, fees, and dates are available on the website of NTA (jee main) and jee adv(advance). I had availed general ews category reservation as a result of which I can get into this course inspite of lacking 1000 rank behind general rank. One improvement which can be made is in website.At the time of registration or checking admit card it gets crashed.

Course Curriculum Overview :

It is the oldest branch here which also suggests that they have proper infrastructure and skilled teachers for this course. And I realized the same when I came here. In tutorial classes ratio is 35:1. All faculties have p.hd degrees from reputed institutions across the world. However, some teachers are unable to explain or they do not want to explain. Exam occurs timely and it is not very difficult to pass.

Class Size : 350Course Fees : INR 280000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

I have not gotten an opportunity for an internship because I am in my first year but third-year or fourth-year students make it. Companies like Caltech, Deloitte, etc. Offer internship with 80000-100000 per month.

Placement Experience :

After the sixth semester, students become eligible for campus placement. Companies like Facebook, Netflix, Deloitte, Schlumberger, etc. come for placements. Many of our seniors get pre-placement offers. This year, 462 offers were made with a whooping average of 25 lpa and the highest being 82 lpa. Many students (80-85)percent get a job. Those who don't get a job either have planned for higher studies or another goal.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Yes, there are many scholarship and fee remission options given to ews, SC, and ST students. If a student belongs to the ews category, he/she gets 2/3rd of the tution fee waived. As a ws general and college rules, it is smooth for me to continue my study. Since I am in my first year, I didn't get a stipend or internship yet.

Campus Life :

Anwesha is our annual fest. Celesta is our tech fest and Infinito is our sports fest. These two happen in October and November respectively. Anwesha is also scheduled for November. There are plenty of books available in the library and a separate section for the digital library. The classroom is air conditioned with several lights and it is spacious. Yeah, there are grounds for every sport: cricket, volleyball, football, athletics, skating, tennis, basketball, etc. There are many clubs that promote extracurricular activities (drama, music, dance, puzzle solving, debate, poetry, etc.) njack- the computer science club is run by students. Most of the clubs are run by students themselves with the assistance of faculties.

Hostel Facilities :

There are three beds, fans, tube lights, an almirah, a study table and a chair. yes, the meal quality is good except for some time. registration process for the hostel is smooth and everyone gets his room the same day. in locality, you will hardly get these facilities at this cost.

Good for study

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placement after the seventh semester. Some good and bug companies also visit to give campus placement. The average package for 2023 is about thirteen lakh per annum. My plan after getting the degree is to take a placement in a good company.

Is Life Really That Good At NIT's

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is fine. At first, it took time to understand what the professors were teaching. But as time passes by it becomes less confusing. But the best part about Electrical Engineering is that our Electrical Engineering Professor is very good.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The reason I took this course was the fact I thought I could excel in this as computer science was a subject I felt like a hobby to learn rather than a burden. The ratio in this college is maybe 4:2 in my course as there are a lot of boys in the school compared tp girls. The term exams were hard for me but hopefully, I will make it up at the end sem. The teaching of teachers is great and they clear all of your doubts.

NIT Patna and it's wonderfullness

Placement Experience:

After 6th semester students can sit for placements. L&T, Capgemini, Google, Phone Pay, Microsoft, a nation with Namo, BPCL, ICICI back, and many more companies visit our college. The highest package is 52 lakh and the average package is 13 lakh. 80 percent of students get placed. I planned for government jobs after my degree.

Review of iiit bhagalpur (1st year student)

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am pursuing btech (CSE) from this college, I have gone for this college because of the placement rate of this college. This college is started in 2017 and and 1st batch was going with 100% placement and if we talk about this year (2023) recently 3 students selected in autodest with 39lpa. Faculty: you will not be satisfied with faculty, I don't understand anything about what they are teaching and if you know, you know YouTube is the boss. Exams: recently last month there conducted mid sem exams and questions were from last year mid mid-semester pyq so that was easy.

A great college to learn and explore - IIT Patna

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for internships in 3rd year and for placements in 7th semester. Last year a total of 162 companies visited and no. Of the offers made were 400+. Popular companies like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Intel, and Samsung visited our campus. The highest package last year was 82lpa by Atlassian whereas the average package is 24 lpa. Placements percentage varies between 85-90 percent. My plan after getting my degree is to get a job in a good MNC.

Good college and infrastructure

Placement Experience:

Placement of IIT PATNA is too high and enjoyable. Here fourth-year students become eligible for campus placements because in third they need to do internship programs. Highest package for here is about 1 crore. Mostly 50-70 percent of students go for placements.

The greatness of my college

Placement Experience:

In my college in the last of 3rd year(6th sem) companies are visiting in our campus. Amazone, Google, Flipkart, and every big company are visiting our campus, and almost 95% of students getting placement. The highest package is 1.3 crore and the average package is 30 lakhs per annum. I want to get a placement in Google.
