Exploring academic Excellence : A comprehensive University review

Remarks :

One Got admitted through josaa counselling As there were fewer people trying to get into the university I got in easily with a percentile of 96.35 in josaa. We can find application details on the main website "uoh esamarth", Just give enough time for the students

Course Curriculum Overview :

It was that I had no choice. 1:20 very bad ratio of girl to boy The faculty is good but they put a lot of load on students as the university is research-based Which is actually great as it makes the student More potent Exams were not hard Just if you do what the lectures say it is easy to pass

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fees are a bit high and worth it. A lot of scholarships are provided like DAG, EPASS ETC and there is no stipend. The university is very big and travelling is easy as the bus services inside the Campus are great

Campus Life :

Sukoon is the annual fest for 3 days every year in April-May Igml library: one of the most famous Indian libraries has an estimated total of 10,000 books Which includes books for all courses And there are a lot of freshers' parties going on in December, and January There are no clubs Sports are great here especially Volleyball, and football Classrooms are king-sized

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this to get a degree in computer science which I thought would be better for me. The course curriculum is good as of now. The faculty-and-student ratio is okay too. But all of the faculty here are contract-based I suppose but are of good knowledge. The faculty inspires students to gain knowledge and motivates them to be independent as much as possible. They train students to be disciplined and are strict in that term. The teachers are also well qualified and of a good experience. The term exams got postponed due to the weather conditions and state holidays but apart from that, every other exam is conducted timely. But I would blame the correction for the pass percentage of the students from the university, though you would find the paper to score well.

Great placement was there, but the packages were a bit less due to the recession. placement percent is around 98-99%. Many students go for higher studies, I am also thinking of doing MBA or preparing for UPSC. The highest packege this year was around 70-72 lpa.
