Remarks :
The admission process in IIITSRICITY was so smooth. All the original documents were initially verified through online mode. The students were asked to upload the documents via Google forms. Later in the college after sometime they collect our documents
Course Curriculum Overview :
We have an industry-oriented curriculum. The core subjects are taught right from the first semester itself. Some professors are really good who bring interest in the subject, but some are just ignorable. Most of the faculty members have done their PhDs from prestigious IITs and foreign universities. But there is a saying like, just because you have very much knowledge doesn't make you a great teacher. The teachers here are manageable. We follow the curriculum of IIIT-Hyderabad
Internships Opportunities :
Students in our college start trying for internships right after the first year. Students start building projects using various technologies. Summer internships and semester-long internships are there in our college.
Placement Experience :
The placements in our college are really good. There is a great coding culture. Placements start from the 7th semester. Around 80- 85% of students get placed every year. Some big companies like Jio, and Amazon recruit students from our college.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fees are very high since this is a PPP institute. Every semester the fees increase. This is one of the major drawbacks of this institute. We get ample amount of opportunities for campus jobs and the authorities help us get scholarships to the eligible ones.
Campus Life :
If you want to enjoy, and have a great campus life, then stop reading reviews about this college and search for another one. The clubs are okay. We have two fests namely Utkrishta and Abhisarga. Since the college outskirts of this city, we don't find many places to hang out. The classrooms are good and spacious. Students don't find any issues with classrooms. The books in the library are limited and even professors ask us to go through the internet to download the PDFs of the books. Sports here are not at that level when you compare with other colleges.
Hostel Facilities :
For the freshers, the rooms are very comfortable. Three members in a single room. Each was given one cupboard, one table, one fan and a chair. We sometimes have water problems. The mess food is good. For non-vegetarians or students who like spicy food will not like the mess. Here the items are less spicy and less salty. we are served a variety of items.
