GLA University Review

Remarks :

Anyone who has taken PCM is eligible for the BTECH program. Anyone can find the application form on the GLA website, you will have to pay about 700 for the application form and you can choose a date for the online exam as per your choice. I don't know about the reservation benefits.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose this course because of my interest in computer science. Student and faculty ratio is good every 40-50 students have 2 faculty is well qualified and most of them have Ph.D.s in their respective fields. Exams are taken about 3-4 gaps (mid and end-term). The level of the exam is good.

Internships Opportunities :

there are many companies that offer internships and some students apply themselves for the opportunity. University helps us get this opportunity by helping us create real-life projects based on real-life problems.

Placement Experience :

Students are eligible to sit in the placement dives by the 5th semester. There are many companies that came to our university like Accenture, cognizant, etc. The highest package offered is 55 lakh per annum. About 80% get placed every year.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Annual fees are about 170000 and it gets increased by about 3000 every year. Scholarships are provided on the basis of the PCM percentile scored in 12 and on the JEE. Financial assistance is also provided.

Campus Life :

Annual fests are very good, they last for almost 2-3 days based on the number of events held in the fests. Books are available in the library but it sometimes gets unavailable due to issues with books. Classrooms are well equipped with all important things like projectors and things. Sports facilities are good, and competitions are held in like every 2 or 3 months. There are many social groups and club that are run by students.

Placement is also at the best level. Many companies and startups come to the campus to provide internships. Students also get a 1cr plus package in some companies. But for that you have to work smartly.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chosen this course because my family wants me to become an engineer. So I chose electrical engineering student because I have an idea in my mind to do something big in this field. Here the faculties are very good and for electrical engineering, it is awesome. All the teachers are good. So if you want to know about students ratio then you'll see girls are very low. If you ask me about mine then in my batch only 24 girls are there out of 150 boys. Here most of the faculties are from IITs or NITs and PhD holders. if you'll ask me to rate the course and faculty I'll give you 8 /10. Here exams are held semester vice. And CTS are also there

Placement Experience:

The student is eligible from 3rd year for campus placement. Most of the student prepare for exams like GATE, SSC, and IAS or some of them open their startup. Placements are not that good. But some of the students with good skills get a decent package.

Placement to college is average but there are many students who have not been placed in BBAU. From 3 years students become eligible for campus placement. My plan after getting the degree is to do M.tech.

The placements at this college are really well and many companies visited our college. Last year our placed student got the highest percentage of 100% placement. It provides a good assessment so that it is easy to clear the interview round.

Course Curriculum Overview:

B.Tech CS is a very learning course. In this course, we learn about device infrastructure and its working module. The faculties of IMSEC are mainly IIT passed out. Term exams will be conducted after every one and a half months.

You get placed in your 4th year and the highest package was off campus around 4 cr and on campus was 2.4 cr and the average is 18 LPA around. If you sit for placement with a decent prep you are most likely to get placed. And yup I too am hoping for placements.
