Remarks :

I have opted for a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics in Communication Engineering. It is one of the top branches of engineering. Eligibility of the course is 10+2 pass with a minimum of 75 %. Admission is done through JEE main, held twice in year. Application forms can be found on the NTA website. Reservation is applicable in many aspects.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum is a very nice focus mainly on industry needs and students' overall development. The student is very nice. There is one teacher for 69 students but in the lab, there is one teacher for 35 students. The course mainly focuses on practicals rather than theory. Exams are nice and held strictly. All faculties are phd so faculty is very nice and have good teaching method, easy to understand for every student.

Class Size : 69Course Fees : INR 125000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fees are quite high one semester's fee is nearly 125000 and increases over a period. There is a loan facility available as State Bank India has one of its branches inside the campus. Scholarships to meritorious students are given from time to time.

Campus Life :

Campus life is very nice as the college has excellent infrastructure and there is nearly every sport available here. There are five clubs running in college and adding every year. Annual sports and cultural fest nearly goes upto 1 fortnight and classes are off during the period.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel facility is very good. Meal quality is good maybe conidered to home level. Hostel provides sweet items daily in dinner and there is provision of special dinner on institute day i.e. 3 October. And we can select our custom menu.

Hostel Fee : INR 43190 per year

Placement Experience:

Placement stats are good till now. , this is a new IIIT so it is doing good, The average of cse is 13 lpa, the average of ECE is 12 lpa, and the average of IT is 16 lpa which is very well and the median of all is around 8 9 lpa.

All About IIIT UNA, Himachal Pradesh

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have a keen interest in computer programming so I chose this course in this college instead of other NITs. Here the faculty-student ratio id pretty good It's approximately 15:1. All the Faculty are PHD holders.They are young and have a passion for teaching.There are 2 CT exams which constitute the mid sem and one end sem also occurs. You have to study daily. There is regular assignment and projects given to students

Reality VS Myth

Placement Experience:

After 3 years onwards students are eligible for placements. The highest package is 60lpa Average: 16lpa There is about 100% placement in our college. Many National and multinational companies visited our college like Google, Microsoft, Flipkart, Amazon, Jio, Apple etc.

Students are available for placement after 7th - semester. Various big companies visited the college, including Microsoft, Amazon, dalloit and Americans express. The highest package in 60 lacks and the average package in 15 lacks in the 22-23 sessions. Almost 90+% students of placement offers. My plan after my degree is to opt for IT jobs.

JUIT- the best college in the hills

Placement Experience:

Students get eligible for placements in 3rd year itself. The companies visited are Amazon, fantaclaus, etc. The highest package last year was 50 lakhs (off campus) by Amazon and the mean package was 6.5 lpa. 289 students have been placed in the last 5 years which makes 86%. My plan after getting the degree is to obviously get placed in a good company with a good package.

IIIT Una - The rising of the one of the Best IIIT in india

Placement Experience:

There is an internship semester in our college dedicated to internships where students have to do 5 months of internship (compulsory) to get their hands on on fieldwork and learn from industry experts. Amazon, Deloitte and many big companies like these visit our college during the placement drive The average package of all the branches combined was 15 LPA which is quite good and is expected to improve further in the coming years. Almost 90+ per cent of students get placed.
