Remarks :
I gave JEE MAINS so on the basis of my rank I got this college and branch and on the admission date I reached the college and got verified and took my seat my JEE mains rank was 36819 and I got the seat in CSAB first round. I was getting the same branch in NIT Jalandhar in the JOSAA round but I waited for CSAB to get admission to this college.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Actually, the faculties are nice and the course curriculum is vast enough to give headaches to the students, in the first semester, we have 6 subjects half of the faculty teaching is reached to the students, and half is not reached. The faculties are helpful. The student-faculty ratio is good. The exams are on time.
Internships Opportunities :
Microsoft, mercedes provides internship after 4th semester and also pays a good to the students, for now as I am 1st semester student I have not done any project as it has only been 1 months but looking forward to do something in my field.
Placement Experience :
For campus placement the students of 7th semester are eligible, there are many companies that visit capus like samsung, miccrosoft, etc. The higest package is of 40 LPA, about 80 percent students gets placed my plans after getting degree is doing ajob for good company and then after some years I want to start my startup.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
My annual fee is 169000 (including 2 semesters). The fees are low as compared to other NITs but for middle-class students, it is also very high but thing is the college has fee remission and provides enough scholarships to the students to help them financially.
Campus Life :
The campus is of size 250 acres long and green campus but for some branches, their department is very old and infrastructure buildings like OAT and auditorium are also not there. but in the college, there are many clubs for students to develop and social life is also quite good.
Hostel Facilities :
hostel mess food is quite good and the first-year hostel is not so maintained but the rules for the first-year student are more, sometimes it feels like we are living in jail. The hostel fee for 1 semester is 37300 so for 1 year is 746000 and for seniors, the hostels are quite good as compared to the first-year students.
