Remarks :

I was admitted admission in this college after clearing the JEE Mains exam, which is conducted by NTA, we applied for the exam from the NTA website. I got a 47000 rank and it is a good college at this rank. The cut-off of civil is upto 52000. I came through the CSAB counseling process. Admission to this college is quite easier than other NITs. There was no problem at the time of admission.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Some faculties are good and helpful to everyone in my class but some are not. The teachers are well qualified and the teaching methods are good and the practical class is very nice every student enjoys, it very much. We have regularly 4 to 5 lectures. The course curriculum is good. The exams are held on time.

Class Size : 120Course Fees : INR 146000 per year

Placement Experience :

The placement of my college is good and I got job offers from MNCs. Above 200 companies are coming with job offers like IBM, TATA, HONDA, VOLTAS, CIPLA Bharat Petroleum, Samsung, goedreg, ko SanDisk, Infosys, etc.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee first semester is quite higher than the other NITs, from the second semester fees decreased by 20000 and the total tution fees for 4 years are 611500. There is a scholarship for students whose family income is less than 500000. For students whose family income is less than 10000 full tution fee will be refunded and for those above one lakh, two-thirds fee will be refunded.

Campus Life :

The library of svnit is a bigger one. Every type of book, journal, and research paper is available in the library. They have also facilities for digital books. It has a big study room. There are many clubs and student chapters like CHRD, ASINE, CUTEDGE, DRISHTI, NSS, NCC, and SAE.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel quality is good as I expected but overall good and there is double occupancy in the room. Admission to a hostel is a very easy process and the mess is 19000 per semester. The quality of food is good 4 out of 5. The mess food has also good variety.

Placement Experience:

As far as I know, they will give him the placements most probably this is starting in 3rd semester to 4th semester. 15-20 Companies are visiting this University. Examples of companies are Mahindra, Blue Star, HDFC Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Reliance Industries Ltd, ICICI Bank, Honda, ACC Limited, Canara Bank, Axis Bank, Cocacola, Zomato etc. The highest package in this University is 12.4LPA. And The average package is 4.20LPA to 7.20LPA. They provide placements to about 70% of students. My next plan is to get the degree. I will do Master's in B.Tech.
