CUK Life

Remarks :

Admission was through the CUET exam, and the degree is a dual degree in psychology and English. The admission criteria were marks of the general test. The application form was available on Samarth portal website. Reservation was available for the NCC/SC/ST/KKR Region

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum is very good, better than most universities. Exposure to field words started in the first semester itself. The professors are highly educated individuals with an average experience of 7-8 years of teaching. They are usually specialists and have a unique and easy way of teaching. The term exams are conducted on time and are easy to pass if one attends and pays attention to classes

Internships Opportunities :

The university does not provide any internship opportunities. However, exposure and regular field work prepare for the outside world. The university offers both OB and Clinical. There are regular field works to help make students efficient for real-world

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Scholarships are available for people belonging to minorities or any special quota. Although the campus does not offer any placement offer, the exposure here is ample to get any job or internship at a higher level organisation. The fee structure is affordable and good according to the services provided

Campus Life :

Campus Life is very lively. Apart from exam time, there are usually fests and functions organised by different departments at least 2-to 3 times a month. The library is well supplied with books related to subjects as well as for recreational purposes. Classrooms have smart boards, blackboards, shelves and air conditioners. The sports facilities aren't very good. There is a ground where one can play football, and cricket and a multi-purpose hall with indoor games like chess, badminton, TT etc

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chosen BA because it's interesting and it's the best course to study. There are a total of 38 college faculty in our college and a total of around 550 students in our college. The qualification of our college faculty is very high like B.ed and M.ed, They also have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience. The teaching methods of our faculty are quite good and understanding. Monthly once we have mock tests and 6 months once we'll have term exams. They are conducted in a strict manner. The exams will be very tough to score.

Placement Experience:

The placement cell is very active in our college and it is headed by an associate professor. The students from the 1st to 6th semester are getting placed. Recently we had companies like Wipley, Optum, Toyota, Wipro, etc. The highest package is 7 lakh and the average package is around 3-4 lakh per year. I have planned to go for government jobs after my graduation.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I had chosen BA(Economics) as I thought it was my interest. When it comes to teaching, there is an efficient allocation of faculty. Every faculty had PhD in economics and UGC NET holder and some are even cleared JRF scholarship. The way they teach is so interactive and understandable. Exams were conducted once in 6 months and 2 internal tests every 6 months and the level of exams is medium enough to clear.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chosen this course which is economics (BA) at the central university of Karnataka because firstly I am interested and also my parents were satisfied with the course I have chosen and as per the suggestions of my previous teachers and my wishers they suggested me to stand on by my decision as it has a good demand in the society. The teaching faculty here were good. They were informative, they had a good teaching background and so much experience. They are so friendly to clarify our doubts too. The exams are conducted strictly and the pattern was better. The questions are answerable and related to our syllabus.

For BA CEP, placements are available for third-year, i.e. fifth semester students. The companies that came for this course offered roles as TA, content writing, business development, and so on. The average package provided is around 2.5 to 3.5 lacs annually.

Placement Experience:

Well, the placements are only for the Bcom students but they do send n number of companies where one can enroll based on their own capabilities. So if one is looking to get admission to the college to have placements then trust me this is not the college for you. They do not have that many placements for arts or science students. They too have job fairs in college but one has to be active in the placement cell then he or she can have a job.

Placement Experience:

Usually the highest package received was for students from BBA/bcom but others don't really have many options for placements. For placements, students become eligible from 3rd or 4th year depending on your course. The percentage doesn't really matter, all they require are proper etiquette skills as said by the BBA teachers.
