Remarks :

Should be Passed 12th with 60% and 50% in the subject applying for honors. You can apply through the Raiganj University website. No entrance exam is needed. The admission process takes so much time so it should be improved.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I was interested in BCA because some of my teachers advised me for this course so I chose this course. There are two faculties in Raiganj University total academic staff of 117. The total number of students currently studying here almost more than 10,000. Semester exam conducted after every 7-8 months. The difficulty level varies for every student and depends on how much they attended the classes. In my class, the pass percentage was last time 43%.

Class Size : 65Course Fees : INR 14000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

As I'm studying in aided mode the fee is almost very affordable and for self-finance mode the fee is high. But the university gives you a fee aid option so you can apply for it. If you get selected No fee will be required. You can apply for the Swami Vivekananda Merit Cum scholarship. But there are some eligibility criteria according. For eligibility criteria, you can check their official site.

Campus Life :

The annual fest name is RAIVARSI Fest which is conducted in February. You can participate in an exhibition during the fest. Every department has its own library. So you can find your all books related to your courses. The classrooms are spacious. In some departments, classrooms have projectors and wifi. the seating arrangement is very comfortable for students. But no social group or clubs wun by students. But you can join NCC.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As it is affiliated with Makaut the exams are conducted in 4 internal assessments of 25 the assessment includes practicals and theory and finally semester exam, the teachers are well qualified and extremely helpful in academics, and the exams conducted have an interval of one and a half months and its difficulty depends on the level of the exams the questions are thoroughly prepared before the exam.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this bca course because in future computer application will be very demanding in the market. Faculty and students are rational is - 250:10000. Most of the faculty have PhD degrees. The way of teaching is very good if attending daily class then you don't need to study at home. There are 12 internals and 6-semester exams in BCA. Exams are not too hard if you are attending daily classes.

Pros and Cons of a college

I chose the course because I'm interested in computers and there is a vast scope for jobs after this course. In our college, the faculty: student ratio is well-balanced.
