Remarks :
since it is a NIT the entrance exam for admission it is JEE MAIN When you take the JEE main entrance exam the result comes according to which rank is decided and then counseling happens according to your JEE Mian rank admission in it happens. At my time I got a mechanical branch on rank 28744. When I took the admission, it was a time of coronavirus so the admission process was totally online. All the documents are posted via speed post to the college. My one semester was totally online and after 1st semester my college started offline.
Course Curriculum Overview :
since it is a national institute any branch you get according to your rank is best. I choose mechanical engineering because according to my rank, the best possible option in mechanical engineering is MANIT BHOPAL. The Department of Mechanical Engineering in MANIT BHOPAL is the largest department of this college. The curriculum of MANIT BHOPAL is best, courses are best according to the current situation, subjects like entrepreneurship, engineering management, and the subjects which are very widely used in the current world are in the curriculum of MANIT BHOPAL along with core mechanical subjects. Also facility is highly qualified, professors are those who have done their Ph.D. from IITS. Also, the professors are very cooperative. Exams are taken 3 times in 1 semester along with practical mini tests, mid-term, and end-term practicals. the paper level is moderate.
Placement Experience :
From the 7th semester, students become eligible for placement. companies like Google, Microsoft, and Texus Instrument, and around 350 companies visit every year in the campus. highest package is 84 lacs( got by 6 student). average package is around 9 lacs. around 84% of students placed every year.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
There is a scholarship for the home state student for those students whose parents' incoming is less than 5 lacs and the student who came under the Ews category. For the students who are in the reserved category, there is fees are very limited and they only have to pay the academics fees no other fees. For the homestay students, their hostel fees also come back according to the MMVY scheme as declared by the chief minister of Madhya Pradesh.
Campus Life :
maffick is the annual fest and techno search (which is central India's largest technical fest) mechanical fest is held in October and Maffick is in March. around 2.5 lacs books are available in the MANIT BHOPAL library. And it is the biggest library of the whole M.P.Although all the books are available in the library..class is fully occupied with well-furnished furniture, a fan,white and green board, and a projector and all the departments have a separate auditorium for combined classes which is fully air-conditioned. There is a very good sports culture in MANIT BHOPAL, they have a big sports complex which has almost all the games. Various competitions like inter-NIT tournaments are held in every session of eveey sport which you have thought of.
