Remarks :
Yes, I have taken the JEE entrance exam for better opportunities in colleges across India level. JEE exam is taken in 2 forms - Main and advanced. Eligibility for this exam is a minimum of 75% in 12 board exams for the PCM course. The syllabus for the same is a full course of 11th and 12th standard classes. The application form was been shown and filled out on the JOSAA site where we need to fill out all the details carefully and correctly with verified documents like an Aadhar card, PAN card if we have identification proof, medical certificate from doctors, etc. Fees for the application form are 1000 for male candidates and 800 for female candidates. Dates will be shown on the site so be regular in visiting it and will mostly come in the same month as previous years. Improvement in the admission process could be that if one person select the priority for colleges and if his mind change or by mistake he has filled it wrong then there could be an option to make changes in the order of college or course.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I have taken btech in chemical engineering because I personally have an interest in it as my father is also in the same profession which he could further guide me one could be because of the trend for CSE, my interest was also that but here I could not get in by a very less rank margin. 1:15 is the faculty-to-student ratio and all the faculty members are highly qualified as PHDs from iits and nits. They use PPTs sometimes to teach and may show videos of what is necessary, mainly they use the board to write and teach as done in school. One semester consists of 3 exams - mini test, mid-term, and term. Mini test is of 10 marks and is taken after 2 months and the mid-term is after 1 month from the mini and is of 20 marks, at least at the time of completion of 6 months end term is taken for 50 marks for each subject. We have approximately 6 theory subjects and 3 labs in each semester.
Internships Opportunities :
I have done internship at the BPCL refinery at Bina with no stipend and no accommodation amount given. I got it by source and with the help of LinkedIn. Mainly in our branch, a stipend is not offered. Only reliance was given a stipend of 30k. The project is not given till now it comes after 5 semesters and I'm currently in 5 sem only.
Placement Experience :
From 7 th semester the companies start coming for student placement. Companies now visited are Flipkart, Amazon, Google, jpmc , Goldman Sachs, etc number of students is not clear as such. The highest campus placement was 84 LPA in CSE, and in chemical engineering highest was 27 LPA with an average of 8 LPA. In chemical, 85% of students are placed. I have 2 options in mind mtech in top 7 iits through a gate or getting i good package.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Fees may increase it is not necessary to increase in every semester. Till now till 5 semester we have not seen any increase. The cost to study in each semester in Rs 67276. This means around 5 lahks is invested in 4 years in btech and hostel and mess fees are other than this. I have not got any scholarship help for the campus because I don't fit any of the criteria.
Campus Life :
The name of the annual fest is MAFFICK conducted in the month of March and the tech fest is called TECHNOSEARCH conducted in October. There are plenty of books both frictional and theory-based academic books and references of different authors. The newspaper is been updated on a daily basis and has both English and Hindi languages. There is no ACS in the classroom only fans, the projector is also. A sports complex is there where sports are mainly played and as extracurricular curricular, there are different clubs in college that conduct different activities. Clubs run by students are ISTE, Cell, IBC, Tooryanand, editorial board, and QCM.
