The Honest MNNIT Review

Remarks :

The admission process was like this: firstly we needed to take the JEE entrance exam and according to the rank of the exam we could get admission in this college. After the entrance exam josaa portal is opened for a counselling process where we need to fill in our choices and that's how prioritizing your branch and college you can get admission to this college. There are seats reserved in this college for the categories and scholarship is also given on the basis of family income and your category. The admission process is quite simple as when you get a seat in the college you need to upload some of the documents like a mark sheet of 10th and 12th, domicile certificate, income certificate, category certificate, and adhar card these are the main documents you need to have and then you need to go to the college for the physical verification when you need to carry all the uploaded documents and once they are verified then you are sent to the hostels for hostel allotment and that's how you get into the college.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose this course because the course structure of this course is a bit light from the other courses and here I can explore any of the options which I want to choose as my career this course I get plenty of time to do other activities like coding and all. As our class has only 59 students faculty faculty-student ratio is good I mean there are plenty of faculty who teach us. The professor over here are well qualified and there are many young teachers too who know how to teach this young generation but there are also some old faculty who use their old ways to teach us which is ok as we need to study on our own at last. There are two exams that are taken in a semester one is mid-semester which is taken in the middle of the semester and the other one is the end semester which is our final exam.

Internships Opportunities :

internship oppurtunities are great over here but being a second year student I dont knoe much about it the ones who are interested in it are to visit the official site of the college mnnit.ac.in and get the desired information

Placement Experience :

Placements at this college are very good and it is one of the topmost reasons I am studying at this college. Top companies like Google Microsoft Goldman Sachs Bajaj and many more big companies visit our campus for placements. Placements start from the 7th semester here and the majority of the students are placed here the ones who are not placed are those who go for higher studies means more than 80 percent of students are placed on campus. So if you are concerned about the placements dont worry MNNIT is known for its placements only.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

As per one financial condition scholarship is provided to them if they belong to sc or st category then their whole tuition fees are suspended and if you are female then also your tuition fees are suspended, scholarship is provided on the basis of family income too and for more information you can visit mnnit.ac.in where you can find all the things you need.

Campus Life :

So talking about life in campus when you enter the college you see your first college freshers evet which is swagat in which only first-year participate and then our annual fest which is known as CULRAV and talking about the tech fest AVISHKAR is held in which students participate with their projects. We have a library over here which is opened from 10 am to 10 pm and it contains thousands of books which anyone can go to any time and read them and rooms are air-conditioned so the libray is fully loaded with books and offers a great silence to study. Sports facilities are neither too good nor too bad they are ok we have a ground to play on and basketball, and volleyball, tennis, badminton courts in our campus to play upon so overall it is a good experience of sports too. Talking about the clubs we have a robotics club, literature club, dance committees, music clubs many other clubs. So overall this college provides you a good campus life.

Placement is also at the best level. Many companies and startups come to the campus to provide internships. Students also get a 1cr plus package in some companies. But for that you have to work smartly.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chosen this course because my family wants me to become an engineer. So I chose electrical engineering student because I have an idea in my mind to do something big in this field. Here the faculties are very good and for electrical engineering, it is awesome. All the teachers are good. So if you want to know about students ratio then you'll see girls are very low. If you ask me about mine then in my batch only 24 girls are there out of 150 boys. Here most of the faculties are from IITs or NITs and PhD holders. if you'll ask me to rate the course and faculty I'll give you 8 /10. Here exams are held semester vice. And CTS are also there

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because I have an interest in electrical things so I decided to opt for it. The faculty of the electrical engineering branch is well qualified there are lots of professors who graduated from IITs if we talk about the student ratio it is equal to a ratio of 1:84. Every two months minor exam is held and It is quite difficult to pass if you are not prepared from the start. After two minor exams, there is a final exam held called majors in which the full syllabus of the semester is asked.
