Remarks :

For Admission, you need to give the west bengal joint entrance examination(WBJEE) or JEE Mains. Eligibility as per rank varies as per department. You must need to fill wbjee Counselling or Jossa Counselling to take admission and you will be shortlisted as per rank. After getting into college in counselling you must have to pay the amount of 40000 for regular students as seat acceptance fees. After paying this your seat will be confirmed.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Due to my Family Background, I choose civil engineering. And now I think I choose right because now I am enjoying this and the reason is our faculty members and our hod. Our faculty members are always there to help us. The best part is doing practical and lab experiments help us to explore how the world is constructed. Sem Exams are not much difficult main you should focus on practicals.

Internships Opportunities :

Different eligible students got internship opportunities in different companies. If a student is in civil or any core branch and he/she wants to do an internship in a tech company then he can go for it. If you have the caliber and you can clear the interview round you will easily get an internship and while doing an internship you can also get a pre-placement offer from the same company.

Placement Experience :

Placements are also well here almost 85-90% of students get placed at different companies every year. From the 3rd year to the 6th sem, you are eligible to sit in placements. A lot of well-reputed companies like Adani, Reliance, Tata, etc come here for recruitment.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee of the course without a hostel is 3,95,000, Fees of the course with a hostel is 4,95,000, Here mess charges are not included in hostel fees. Mess bills you have to pay monthly. You can apply for loans through drcc in Bihar and with some different schemes in west Bengal, these loans pay your college fees but the hostel has to be paid by yourself.

Campus Life :

Campus life is awesome in this college as compared to colleges in west Bengal because it has a large campus area of approx 40 acres with a Gym library departmental store restaurant cafe workshops hostels big playground inside it. Rivera is the name of the annual fest that happens here every year. And prayukti is the name of the tech fest that happens. Overall you will experience different fest and cultural programs on different dates of the calendar year.

Great college

Placement Experience:

From 6 semester company will come for campus listed many companies will come here but major recruitment be done by mass recruiters like TCS Wipro Infosys etc the average package will be 4.5 to 5 lakhs 80 to 90% of students will be placed or chosen for higher studies.

Review Of HALDIA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY

Placement Experience:

From 6 semesters onwards students become eligible for campus placements. Wipro, TCS, Cognizant, Accenture, and Infosys are some of the companies which visited the campus. And more than 500 offers were made. The highest package here is 45 LPA which was offered by Amazon. The average package here is 4.5 LPA-5 LPA. More than 75% of students got placed. My plan after the degree is to secure a job with a maximum package.

A good college to enjoy campus life and get a good placement with minimal fees

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to sit for on-campus placement after the 6th Semester, though they can apply off-campus in any semester. Tech giants like TCS, Wipro, CTS, PWC, ACCENTURE, and many more visit campus for tech jobs. Haldia Petrochemical, Adani, Tata Steel, and Exide, like core companies, are also there during placement. The highest package is 45 LPA from amazon. The average package is 5 - 6 LPA. Almost every student of the CSE dept. gets placed. overall placement percentage is 80. I am planning to join a good product-based company after my graduation.

A brilliant college with a familiar sorrounding and Placements

Placement Experience:

Placements start from the 6th semester and continue till the 8th semester. Very reputed and big companies come to our colleges like TCS, WIPRO, CONGNIGANT, MINDTREE, INFOSYS and many more with an average package up to 5.2 lacs and highest up to 15lacs. Approx. more than 80% of students get placements with a good package from our college.

Placement Experience:

This college has good placements an average of 8 lakhs. After giving 3rd-year 5th-semester exams companies started coming for placements so be prepared before that. Companies like Wipro, Infosys, TCS, Adani, Capgemini, etc. TCS hire more students from our college every year. The highest package goes to 35 lakhs last year and the average package is 8 lakhs. 80% of students get placed every year. My plans are to get a job from the company and start preparing for government jobs.

Placement starts at the end of the 6th semester. Those who are eligible for the placements can sit and crack jobs. Reputed MNCs like Capgemini, Cyient, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Wipro, IBM, etc visit the college for placements. The highest package is around 8 lakhs/y and the average is around 4 lakhs/year.
