CSE at NIT Manipur emphasises the basics of computer programming and networking. They involve aspects of computing, from the design of individual microprocessors, personal computers, and supercomputers to circuit designing and writing software.

NIT Manipur ranks 158th for BTech by NIRF 2020. It is recognized by UGC and AICTE. It has a 300+ acres campus area. It has a faculty strength of 70 members most of them being highly qualified and PhD holders.

Admission Requirements - 

  • Applicants should have at least 75% in their 10+2 qualifying exams with PCM.
  • JEE Main rank is mandatory.
  • For MTech applicants 60% in BTech or BE is required.
  • GATE rank is required.
  • Selection will be based on the rank obtained in the entrance exams.
