What should I choose between HBTU, NIT Manipur, IIIT Bhopal all in CSE, or IIIT Lucknow in IT?

HBTU has been ranked 25th for engineering by India Today 2019 ranking. The faculties of CSE at HBTU are highly experienced. The institute provides the highest placement for the CSE branch of 100% every year. 

NIT Manipur ranks 148th in the engineering category by NIRF 2019 ranking and produces quality developers in the software domain. The institute provides a tremendous placement record of 100% placements for the CSE branch. 

IIIT Bhopal is an autonomous university under MANIT and ranks 65th under NIRF Ranking 2019. The institute provides plenty of opportunities in the CSE domain and provides 80% placements every year. 

IIIT Lucknow ranks 75th among the IIITs of India as per NIRF ranking 2019. The institute provides many opportunities in IT and provides 96% placement every year. 

Admission process

HBTU:-

• The candidates must have completed 10+2 with a minimum of 50% marks.
• The final selection is based on JEE Main or UPSEE. 
• The cutoff required in JEE Main is in the range of 2044 - 13184.
• The seats allotted are 30.
• The course fee is INR 1.35 LPA.

NIT Manipur:-

• The minimum eligibility is 10+2 with a minimum aggregate of 75% marks. 
• The candidates have to pass the JEE Main exam followed by a JoSAA counselling to get admission.
• The seats allotted for this course is 30.
• The total fees required is INR 1.48 LPA.
• The cutoff required is 15342 - 19721.

IIIT Bhopal:-

• The applicants need to have a minimum of 60% marks in 10+2 with physics, chemistry and mathematics. 
• The cutoff required in CSE is 9733 - 21666.
• The fees required for this course is INR 1.69 LPA.
• The seats alloted is 60.

IIIT Lucknow:-

• The minimum criteria required is 45% marks in 10+2.
• The fees required for the course is INR 2.37 LPA.
• The seats alloted is 64.
• The cutoff requirements for the course is 6699 - 13658.

Placements:-

HBTU witnessed the participation of many top-notch companies in 2019 offering lucrative packages. IIIT Bhopal, IIIT Lucknow and NIT Manipur provides 100% placement records. The highest salary offered is INR 43 LPA by Microsoft.

HBTU is more preferred than the rest for pursuing CSE branch. The other institutes are either underrated or newly created. Hence it is advisable to choose HBTU than the rest.
