IIT Patna usually uploads the required documents that students are supposed to carry for registration. To make matters simpler, make sure you are carrying these

2 copies of every document along with original documents
At Least 20 passport-size photos
Don’t bring any electric devices except an electric kettle
Bring your own laptop if you are planning to pursue coding
TC from the school
Bring a few comfortable bed sheets

Other basic commodities can be bought from the local market within the campus so carry light!
