Can you join a hostel in BIMTECH-Delhi after a few months of getting enrolled? Or is immediate joining compulsory?

As a full-time residential program, one has to move into the hostel as soon as the year starts and have to stay there for 2 years. It's also very handy, since the BIMTECH campus is a busy place with a lot of academic training and other things going on all the time.
