How much time does Kurukshetra University give a migration certificate?

Sharing first-hand experience of getting a migration certificate for my sister. To get the migration certificate you just do the following: 

• Fill the Migration form available on the website or take it from a shop near the Examination wing-II, in KU, available for INR 10.
• Fill the form and attach your last Degree or DMC pursued.
• Attach an ID proof as well with a fee of INR 680
• Deposit the fee at an online fee payment centre near the Admin block, with a Debit card only.

Try doing all this before lunch, 13:00 p.m. Afterwards, go to Room no.106, on the ground floor of Examination wing-II, and submit the form. They will give you your migration certificate, right there in 2–3 hours.
