The process of transcript application from Kurukshetra University is:

  • You would be required to apply beforehand to the assistant registrar.
  • Make sure to state the number of sets you want.
  • Do not forget to mention the address where the transcript needs to be mailed.
  • Visit the OBC bank on campus and ask for a pink slip. Mention the required amount and make the payment to the KU account.
  • You would be given a slip which must not be lost.
  • Visit the exam building and fulfill the requirements. You can appeal a bit for the speedy process.
  • You would receive the documents within 5-9 days at the most.

At Kurukshetra University the transcripts are not formulated on a single piece of paper with the semester marks and subjects specified. Instead, the Photostats of all the DMCs are asked of you and are duly attested. It attaches a cover letter specifying college name/marks /degree/division/medium of instruction.

Hence it consists of:

  • 1 set of transcripts = Photostat of 8 DMCs + Degree certificate = 9 documents
  • In case you are in the 7th semester, then it will be 6th-semester mark sheets = 6 documents
  • The fee per document is Rs. 100 and for each set it will be Rs. 900. Now, if you want 8 sets = Rs. 7200

Your application should be updated and precise. It is an easy process but a bit expensive. Follow the rules carefully to avoid making any mistakes.
