Pursuing PGDIE from NITIE is the better option. It is the flagship course of the institute. It is one of the best courses for Operation, in the country. You will get to learn a lot about the domain.

Also, NITIE PGDIE placements are pretty good. Companies from various domains such as Finance, Operations, IT, and eCommerce, visit the campus placements. After completing your degree, you will have many options to choose from.

It depends on you. But the advantage in choosing NITIE is that placement is sure. However, the placement is carried in 2 separate categories.

  • LRP: Lateral Recruitment Process. In this category, only those candidates having at least 20 months of experience are allowed to participate.
  • CRP: Campus Recruitment Process. In this process candidates having less than 20 months of experience or fresher can take part.

The differences between these two categories are as follows.

  • In terms of the package, LRP candidates have an edge over CRP candidates because of their experience and companies pay more to those candidates who have more experience
  • Some companies only prefer candidates with experience and working background and sometimes vice versa.

Both these placement processes are carried out in a gap of 2 months. After joining NITIE your placement is sure but the type of placement is in your hand. The more effort you put in, the better job and package you get.

Here are the recent placement highlights for NITIE.

  • Average CTC - 20 LPA
  • Highest CTC - 44 LPA
  • Top recruiters - IDFC First, EY, ETLI

You can join Tata Motors and after gaining experience for at least 20 months come, then come back to NITIE. That way you will have better placement offers.
