Both are good options. If you have an inclination towards programming then choose CSE, otherwise, go for Mathematics and Computing. MnC at IITD is slowly becoming one of the hostess branches. As the trend indicates, it will become the first choice among IIT toppers in the coming years.
You will receive good placement opportunities in both IIT D and IIT BHU. CSE and MnC both have good job options in the same fields. The only difference is MnC students get placement offers from Mathematics and Finance fields too.

MNC is oriented in such a way that you would have to study mathematics, along with computer science subjects and few more analytics subjects. In contrast, CSE is more of a coding & algorithm course. So, if you are interested in mathematics then go for MNC at IIT Delhi. Companies offering a job for MNC is more in number, as students of this branch are offered jobs from both finance and mathematical field. IITD offers highly qualified, experienced faculty. The department of Mathematics has 9 professors, 14 assistant professors, and 6 associate professors.
IIT BHU offers a great CSE program. The department of CSE provides well-equipped lab facilities. IIT BHU has MoU with Amazon to establish Cloud Research Lab on AI and ML. This department has an exchange program with Universidad Politecnica da Madrid. This university also offers a rich coding culture, the results of Inter IIT coding competitions are evidence of it, where IIT BHU performs well each year. As far as placements are concerned, a total of 66 students got placed from CSE in the 2019 placement drive. The average CTC offered was around 8.19 LPA, whereas the highest CTC went up to 1.04 Crore.
