Which one should I choose, production at NIT Rourkela or CSE at NIT Nagaland?

NIT Nagaland has a NIRF 2020 rank of 67 and NIT Rourkela has a rank of 19 in the engineering category. NIT Nagaland is an autonomous institution recognized by AICTE and UGC whereas NIT Rourkela is a government institute and a deemed university.
