Is there any chance of getting into IIT Bhubaneswar for an M.Tech in metallurgy and material science with a GATE score of 540 in the mechanical engineering stream?

The candidates with a minimum of 60% aggregate or 6.5 CGPA in B.Tech with a valid score are eligible to apply in IIT Bhubaneswar for metallurgy and material science.
