CGPAs grade can be listed as: 7- Satisfactory; 8 - Good; 9 - Very good; 9.5+ - Excellent

To become a POR one needs to attain a 7+CGPA. If you want to get involved in the politics of the campus then 7 is enough for you.
If you want to secure a good package and role at a Software Company, 8.5+ is more than enough
If you want to opt for a department change, especially into EE, CSE or aim for higher studies, then you will have to attain at least 9.5+

All in all, your CGPA of 9.3 is very good and will fetch you excellent opportunities.
