On the day before JEE Main, relax, and make sure you get plenty of sleep. Don’t try to cover new topics, or revise some formula. Believe in your preparation. You can play some games, listen to music or meditate.
If you have kept a log of your silly mistakes, while solving previous year's question papers and mock tests, then you can go through those once. If you haven’t there’s no need to worry.
The day before your JEE Main, the most important thing to do is get plenty of rest. Try to rest for at least 7-8 hours. Eat well, spend time with your family. If you are new to town, go see the center the day before, so that you can reach on time on the day of examination. Arrange your bag for the examination, take admit card, pens, pencils, etc. If you have short notes, flip through the pages once.
Don’t try to learn any new concepts or problems, mostly revise. It’s best not to attempt any papers. If you are going to attempt any papers, choose an easy one. Also, don’t analyze the test or discuss it with anyone.
