If you are considering taking a job offer from KPMG, it would be wise to do so right away. KPMG is a reputable company and gaining experience there can be beneficial for your future career goals. One option after working with KPMG for 2-3 years would be to pursue an MBA. However, it's important to consider if you have the time and patience to prepare for entrance exams for top-tier B-Schools in India, such as the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) or XLRI. If you feel confident in your ability to do so, it may be more beneficial to gain more work experience before going for an MBA.
On the other hand, if you think that you would not be able to focus on preparing for entrance exams while working, an MBA from Xavier Institute of Management Bhubaneswar (XIMB) may be a more suitable option. Ultimately, it's important to consider your own goals and priorities when making a decision.

Both the institutions have highly qualified faculties. FORE has a longer process of selection which might make it a selective institution, having limited seats for PGDM courses and hard to get in. On the other hand IMI doesn’t have that lengthy process as compared to FORE. More the number of companies recruiting the institution will automatically result in more number of students getting placed.

The overall curriculum at RIIM is also overhauled on a regular basis and encompasses both the theoretical and practical domains of the course. The overall academic structure at RIIM is much better as compared to Indira Institute.
Between IIMP and RIIM Pune, the latter is the better choice as it offers a better ROI and has tie-ups with premier management institutes like IIM for their certification programs.
Over the years, RIIM has made astonishing leaps and stands among the top 5 ranked business schools in Pune.
IIM Bangalore assigns maximum weightage to work experience. A total of 8 points are added to the total percentile of the candidate in the case of students with more than 3 years of work experience.
The placement scenario at IIM Bangalore is also pretty good when compared with the other institutions mentioned. The top recruiters that visit the campus for recruitment purposes include Amazon, Accenture, American Express, and Bharti Airtel. The average salary offered to the candidates of the institute is INR 26.18 Lakhs per annum as per the placement reports of the year 2020.
IIM Calcutta does not consider the work experience for the selection procedure. FMS also does not give weightage to the work experience of the candidates but it is always beneficial to have certain years of work experience for the selection process. For NITIE, the students are judged based on their academic records, Group discussion, and Personal interview rounds. The work experience in the relevant field would however provide the candidate with an edge over the other ones though it is not mentioned anywhere by the institute.
So, a candidate with around 3.5 years of work experience would be the best fit for IIM Bangalore. IIM Lucknow can be the next suitable option for you as the institution offers 10 points to candidates with work experience.

Only IIM Ranchi and IIM Indore offer a dedicated program in the field of HRM. Here are some of the facts you must keep in mind before making any decision.
