Based on the previous year's cutoff and closing ranks, the cutoff rank for the CSE branch is 8,000 and the ECE branch is 16,000. VITEEE 2024 cutoffs will be published separately for each engineering branch. Candidates with a score of 118 or higher would most likely be put in the 1-250 range. Candidates with marks of less than 31 are predicted to secure a ranking of 20,000 or lower.

LPUNEST is conducted for admission to several courses. The cut-off completely depends on the course you are applying for. I did my BA LLB from LPU. The LPUNEST is of 200 marks. I scored 165 marks and easily got admission and a scholarship. The LPUNEST cut offs vary as per your category as well. If you look at the previous year JEE Main cutoffs for SIT Pune, ranks between 13000 to 30000 are sufficient for the admission. 

81 percentile jee main translates to rank in between 230000 – 260000. 

Therefore on 81 percentile there are no chances of getting SIT Pune. For the admission you need to crack jee main with somewhere around 98-99 percentile.
