How are the hostels of NIT Goa?
NIT Goa is still operating from its temporary campus located at Farmagudi, Goa which is approximately 29 km from the state capital at Panaji. It is functioning temporarily from the campus of Goa Engineering College (GEC).
Due to its limited facilities, it currently offers accommodation to only outstation students. However, only 2 options are available - a shared accommodation on campus or in a rented building close to the campus.
For students who are natives of Goa, the institute does not provide any accommodation facilities. You can either travel to and fro the campus or take up privately rented apartment rooms and PGs in the college vicinity.
Why is it compulsory to stay in the hostel at IIIT Vadodara?
If you are an undergraduate student then you must stay at the hostel. Not only in IIIT Vadodara but at any institute students stay in a hostel. If you have a guardian living in a city, then you can stay with them after informing your institute. But it is up to the institute whether they give you persimmon to live outside campus.
You need not worry about the hostel as it is well equipped with all the facilities. It is advised to live there because even if you are not living in a hostel you have to pay the hostel fees.

Do we have in-campus hostel facilities for boys in BIMTECH?
BIMTECH does provide hostels for both males and females, they have on-campus as well as off-campus hostels, and the hostel rooms are quite elegant and feel like hotel rooms, BIMTECH also provides 24x7 medical facilities at their hostels, and the hostels are equipped with proper gym facilities.
I am going to be attending NMIMS Bangalore, Bannerghatta. What are some of the best hostels/PGs (girls) to be staying in, apart from the NMIMS Hostel?
There are many PGs available near NMIMS Bangalore. There are girls' and boys’ PGs. Most of these are available at a 15- 20 mins drive from NMIMS Bangalore near Christ University.

Is there any on campus girls hostel in galgotias university campus in 2023
Galgotias University offers excellent hostel facilities to its girls. The hostels are located on campus and are in close proximity to the classrooms, library, and other facilities. Some of the common facilities provided in these hostels are
- Accommodation: The hostels have provisions for all types of rooms including single, double, and triple occupancy rooms. Every room is furnished with beds, desks, chairs, and cupboards.
- Mess: The hostel mess provides three meals a day. The food is hygienic and quite tasty.

One of my cousins has recently completed her 1st year in the institute and can present her views better regarding your concern.
The facilities of the hostel are better as opposed to most other IIITs. Some of the amenities that can be availed here are as follows.
- One of many facilities includes having separate bathrooms for 2 students sharing a room, unlike most of the other institutes where students face problems regarding sharing one bathroom for various personal uses.
- The hostels are equipped with CCTV cameras as well.
- There is also a provision of Wi-Fi that generally has a high speed.
- The hostels have sufficient space for playing indoor games.

What is the condition of the hostel of NIT Sikkim?
Do not come here with too many expectations because you are most likely to get disappointed. My friend is currently in 3rd year of B.Tech at NIT Sikkim, and according to his first-hand experience, the hostel scenario is as follows:
BOYS HOSTEL
- Firstly, the boys' hostels are located outside the campus, about 2 km away from the campus.
- There are 3 hostel buildings namely BH-11, BH-12, and BH-13. You will be allotted a room with about 2,3 or a maximum of 4 people to share.
- Although attached bathrooms for each room are a big plus point, you won’t get any wi-fi facility in any of the hostels.
- No matter which hostel you belong to, you will have a common recreation room with TV, TT, carom, etc., and a common mess as well.
- Water and electricity issues are persistent.
GIRLS HOSTEL
- In terms of girls hostels, they are located inside the campus which is a huge plus point.
- The rooms are bigger in size and have attached bathrooms. However, one room is to be shared by 5 girls.
- The mess facility is also separate for all hostels. Also, you will be provided with a wi-fi connection, unlike the boys' hostels.
- There are no issues related to water and electricity shortage.
The hostels might not be the best in terms of infrastructure or facility, it all boils down to the memories you make during your journey. However, if hostel facilities are your topmost priority, then NIT Sikkim is not the place for you.
Is PG available near IIIT Bhopal?
Yes, PGs and hostels are available near IIIT Bhopal. There are several hostels near the college, but they are not of adequate quality that would satisfy the students and their parents as well. A lot of students opt for private hostels and the problem with them is that they are very congested for them to stay. There is not enough space for people to adjust and that becomes a serious problem.
Therefore, it is highly advisable to opt for a PG. Apart from this, if one has to look for good and adequate hostels, they can look in MP Nagar which is 5 km. away from MANIT. The students can find good quality hostels there which will be suitable for their needs.
