IIT Tirupati and Palakkad- Both these campuses are under construction as of now and students have to stay in a transit campus. Hence, all facilities cannot be availed yet. Both these institutes are mentored under IIT Madras and the professors too guide the students on similar curriculum followed by IIT-M.

Mechanical Engineering is good at IIT Tirupati, taking into account the fact that it’s the newest IIT on the block. The faculties are highly qualified and with the branding of IIT comes many facilities. Thus, students should compare all factors and make an informed decision.

Applicants must have 75% total aggregate in class 12th in PCM.
The admissions in BTech is done by JEE mains and JEE advanced scores.
The opening-closing rank for Computer Science and Engineering is 2741-3367 for males and 4568-5557 for females. The applicants are allocated based on the JoSAA Counselling.

Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Goa (BITS-Goa) is a renowned technical and science educational field located in Southern Goa.
Admissions:
There are two criteria to be eligible for admissions to the B.E. program at BITS Goa- BITSAT and Direct Admission.
The students should have passed 10+2 from a recognized State or Central Board with a minimum of 75% in PCM. State Board Toppers are offered direct admissions.
The grand total fees for completing a Bachelor's degree in CSE is around 14 lacs.
Placement:
The highest placement offered at BITS Goa is 44 LPA and the average package offered at BITS Goa is 7 LPA for CSE.

There are some IITs that allow outsiders to enter the college campus. Some of them include IIT Kanpur and IIT Delhi.
You can easily enter IIT Delhi and the guards will give you a visitor's pass. If you are in a vehicle, they will give you a pass card. Similarly, for IIT Kanpur if you are in a vehicle you will need to register for a pass card. However, I am not sure if IIT Tirupati has that kind of facility. I would recommend you to ask the students of IIT Tirupati or passed-out students. You can also call the college helpline to get answers to your query.

The undergraduate chemistry laboratory was established in January 2016. It is well ventilated and has new and modern state-of-the-art equipment. A total of 10 experiments that address societal issues are performed at the chemistry laboratory.
