How do NIT Srinagar students get placements?
As an alumnus of B.Tech CSE at NIT Srinagar, I will try providing information regarding the placement scenario of my branch.
A CSE student can be placed on campus and off campus. Around 15-20, visiting companies allow CSE students to sit for their placement drive. No CSE batch faces a shortage of placement opportunities, as per my limited knowledge. You can also opt for off-campus placements.
With good wifi facilities in hostels, you should opt for some relevant courses on edX, Coursera, or other such platforms. This will really help you grab good opportunities.
As an NIT student, you’ll get much more placement opportunities than most other engineering students. But struggle is everywhere. In order to grab good jobs, you’ll have to work on your skill set.
Is 129 enough for the cutoff for Madras Institute of Technology? Will I get into any field in MIT?
129 isn’t enough to get admission to Madras Institute of Technology. The required cutoff for any branch at MIT is around 195. For general category students, the cutoff is even higher.
MIT admission is purely based on merit and students are shortlisted through Anna University counseling. With a score of 129, there is little to no possibility of getting any branch at MIT.
What is the procedure for taking admission in MHA course in aiims delhi 2023

Am I eligible for HS quota in NIT Raipur?
NIT Raipur is one of the most famous and prestigious colleges in our country and getting a seat in this college is a matter of pride for every student. Securing a seat is very tough among lakhs of students throughout the country who compete for a seat here.
One has to score more than 75% in his/her board exams and then appear for JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) to get a seat here. And Home State quota is more advantageous if you appear for your board exams under the Chhattisgarh board as your 12th marksheet is considered as proof for the home state quota.
So if you want to get benefits of the home state quota then it is advisable to appear for your 12th boards under Chhattisgarh government board. When it comes to the overall experience, it is pretty decent. This institute provides excellent classes conducted by renowned and experienced scholars. The library facility is very helpful in gaining more knowledge about the respective subject. They follow an incredible curriculum system that covers every minute detail of the MBA program. The faculties provide effective guidance for your research and publication of papers.
UBS is up to the mark for other cultural events and extra-curricular activities. They conduct cultural events every year and this institute has a rich alumni network, which is beneficial for connecting with more people and helping to improve our social skills

The aspiring candidate should not think about this right now. As we all know, the cutoff trends change every year. If the candidate wants an approximate idea, they need to add +15 marks to the previous year’s cutoff marks. The cutoff marks differ for home and other state students.

It is time to stop thinking about the cutoffs and minimum marks and focus on the preparation. One should always prepare for greater marks than the required cutoff.
What is the difference between the advanced construction management and project management course offered by NICMAR, Pune? What is the difference between the work profile?
There is a clear demarcation between the both. Project management is basically preparing a student for the project industry whereas advanced construction management is related to construction projects.
- At NICMAR, the first year of both the courses are the same as any other general management.
- But from next year you get the projects according to your subjects like PEM students get the project industry experience in the oil or gas industry whereas ACM students get exposure to the construction projects.
- For both the courses there is a perfect mix of faculty internally as well as some renowned professionals from outside, so that students can learn every aspect of their course.
- Considering the profile, it totally depends upon your interest but mostly it has been seen that the civil engineers opt for ACM while mechanical or electrical engineers opt for PEM.
- Though it is not mandatory, it totally depends upon the choice of an individual.
Lastly, we can say that there is a clear difference between the two courses, so search for the same before taking admission in any of the fields.
Which is better, Manipal Institute of Technology or NIT Trichy?
Both Manipal Institute of Technology and NIT Trichy are highly reputed institutions for engineering education in India. Both institutes have a strong academic reputation, excellent faculty and facilities, and a large number of successful alumni.
If I were in your place, I would have chosen NIT Trichy for the simple fact that its a government college and ranked much better than MIT Manipal. It’s one of the top NITs and is second only to the top IITs. Some might comment that MIT Manipal has better infrastructure then they should also be aware of the fact that its amazing infrastructure comes out of their pockets. The fees charged are exorbitantly high so the excellent infrastructure is well-deserved. I am not claiming that MIT Manipal isn't good, in fact, it's the second-best private college after BITS but it still has a long way to go to reach the standards of IITs and NITs. However, it's important to note that my answer is only in comparison to NIT Trichy. If you are getting any other NIT that is not among the top 5, then in that case, choose MIT Manipal.
Ultimately, the choice of which institute is better for you will depend on your individual needs, preferences, and goals.
