IMI Delhi Executive PGDM is a very good choice if you are on the lookout for improving your learning caliber and climbing the corporate ladder higher. It is most suitable for working professionals who join on a sabbatical and don’t leave their jobs to pursue this program.
The faculty is highly experienced and will guide you throughout the program. The placement for their flagship course is better than the executive course. They falsely claim to offer lateral placement support. If you are joining the program be prepared for no general increase in salary or placements. Join the program only if your primary purpose is to learn. Less than half of the students get placed in this program too with below-average packages. If you are ready to face it with a positive mindset, then only opt for this program.
Most part-time courses carry no real value other than adding the post-graduate tag. They have no worth in the corporate world irrespective of whichever reputed college you have chosen. NMIMS is one of the top reputed B Schools in India and has a big brand name.
I know a friend who chose NMIMS Executive MBA and paid hefty fees just for the brand name instead of doing the same course at a less popular B School. She regretted her decision and claimed the program to be a total waste of money and time. She said she could have done the same from another B School at half the cost. So part-time MBA itself is not that worthless, but paying a hefty sum merely for the brand name and postgraduate tag is illogical. You can do the same program at a much lesser cost than other B Schools.
IMT Ghaziabad weekend PGPM program is most suitable for working professionals who cannot spare much time from their work life to pursue MBA. People who are unable to pursue a regular MBA due to personal reasons can only go for this program.
Eligibility: The eligibility criteria is a minimum of 3 years of work experience. Sometimes they might even ask for a sponsorship letter from your employer.
The program is a well-structured one and has been established for a long time now.
Fees: The fees for this program are INR 7.25 Lakhs.
Suitability: The program is a good choice if you want to upgrade your skills, broaden your learning experience, or switch careers. Homeowners if you are looking for a salary spike this program does not guarantee it as it provides placement assistance but not proper placement opportunities.
If IIM Lucknow doesn't hire you for positions that are relevant to your experience in a 2-year program, it will be harder for you to land the desired positions (though there are exceptions).
The one-year MBA is designed for students with more than five years of experience and offers many benefits, including a balanced and diverse cohort from which you can learn from their past failures and successes. The placement scene for a 5-year-old male would be highly subjective (depending on your past experience, past brand name, etc.) People with less than six years of experience have been offered AVP positions in reputable MNCs. Therefore, it is dependent upon what you bring to the table.
Furthermore, because the 2-year course is 34/35 years old, industry acceptance is much higher than for the 1-year course, which is now in its 13th year.
Before making a decision, weigh your options and speak with as many alumni as possible.
Rather than telling you what to choose, I will list down the pros and cons of both the B Schools and leave it to you to make the final decision.

IIM Bangalore

Weighing both the pros and cons you can now make a decision easily. In my opinion, go for the German B School if you have plans for permanently settling abroad. But if you want to eventually stay in your home country then IIM Bangalore is the best option for you.
For a professional who has undertaken IIMs' Executive MBA, their salary varies from about INR 18 lakh per annum reaching up to even INR 90 Lakh per annum or more. However, this answer is definite. To determine the average salary package, however, let’s generalize the question. Salary varies from batch to batch. Also, campus salaries are higher than applying on your own. To analyze salaries, you need to break them up into segments. In the 3 to 4-year segment, the average could be around 15 to 18 lakhs. In the 5 to 8, it would go from 15 to 30 and above 8 years it's specific to your experience and fit. All figures I have quoted are CTC.
So an average salary analysis will not help.
A friend of mine faced a similar dilemma when he was torn between choosing IIM Ahmedabad (MBA) and Stanford (MS). He went for IIM Ahmedabad in the end. He considered the following factors before making this decision:
Geographical factors: If you want to stay in India then MBA from IIM Ahmedabad is the best choice. But if you are certain you want to settle abroad, MS from Stanford is a good choice.
Nature of career: Comparing the nature of both the courses, we find that MBA is a general one while MS is specific. MBA is related to business and management while MS is technical. Based on your interests and aspirations one can easily make a choice between the two.
If you are still unable to decide then know that you can pursue MBA in the US even after MS. The latter will offer you more opportunities.
