What are the best one year full-time executive MBA courses in India? Can anyone who has done the IPMX course at IIM Lucknow share their experience?

The 1-year-program gained fame in India after the success of ISB in the early 2000s. IIMs and other institutes initiated the same and have been offering the 1-year program since late 2000s. This program mainly offers high-quality education for experienced professionals. Some best programs offered in India are
- ISB- PGP (Post Graduate Program)
- IIM Ahmedabad- PGPX (Post Graduate Program for Executives)
- IIM Bangalore- EPGP (Executive Post Graduate Program)
- IIM Kolkata- PGPeX (Post Graduate Program for Executives)
- IIM Lucknow- IPMX (International Program in Management for Executives)
The admissions happen on the basis of GMAT, Essays, and Interviews. It is primarily meant for people with several years of experience but who want to upgrade their managerial skills.
The best part is that the 1-year-program is equivalent to an MBA internationally. Infact, major international rankings such as Financial Times consider the 1-year program. So the 1-year program at the top B-Schools in India will give you a similar experience academically.
As far as the IPMX course is concerned, it is not an Executive MBA.

The RoI is close to 105% when compared with average placements of XIMB EMBA. As we can see, XIMB is doing great in terms of placement and RoI.
Shall I go for PGDBM from NMIMS, or shall I go for PGCBM from XLRI, Jamshedpur? Please feel free to advice any other course, apart from these two related to EMBA. I have 5 plus years of experience.
XLRI has a strong reputation for Human Resource (HR) management and Industrial Relations (IR) studies. If an individual is specifically interested in HR/IR, then XLRI would be a better option compared to NMIMS (Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies). However, if you are looking for a general management program, then NMIMS would be a better choice because of its excellent peer group and rigorous curriculum.
XLRI is still a good institute for other streams, but it is more specialized in HR and IR. Similarly, NMIMS is known for its general management program, and it may not have the same level of expertise as XLRI in HR/IR.
