To analyze salaries, you need to break them up into segments. In the 3 to 4-year segment, the average could be around 15 to 18 lakhs. In the 5 to 8, it would go from 15 to 30 and above 8 years it's specific to your experience and fit. All figures I have quoted are CTC.
