The first-year students of AIIMS Raipur are made to stay in AIIMS Residential Complex which is about 1 km away from the campus. There is a bus that will take you to and fro from the campus.

For boys-

• A 2BHK flat with a bathroom, kitchen, and toilet

• One room with 2 beds and hall with one bed

• You are provided with a study table

• The rooms are clean and spacious with a gallery attached to get some fresh air

• A maximum of 3 boys share the flat.

For girls-

• A 3BHK flat with bathroom, kitchen, and toilet 

• 3 rooms for individual girls and a hall with two beds for 2 girls 

• A maximum of 5 girls are made to stay together 

• Security is good with female security guards always guarding the girls' hostel 24×7.

Mess facilities-

Mess facilities are available at Kabirnagar itself. Food is prepared on the main campus and delivered to the hostel at Kabirnagar. 

Breakfast, snacks, and dinner are provided in Kabirnagar, and lunch is provided on campus.

The hostel facilities at AIIMS Raipur are pretty good. In the second year, you get an individual room on campus.

 All students at NIT Raipur are not guaranteed hostel accommodation, as it depends on factors such as availability and the student's ranking. However, the institute does make efforts to accommodate as many students as possible.

Regarding PWD students, NIT Raipur provides special provisions for students with disabilities, including hostel accommodation with necessary accessibility features. • Three of them are provided single rooms (2 rooms and the hall) and two of them share a room.
• All the basic facilities are available like 24 hour water supply, hot water, etc.
• The flats are clean and well maintained.

The first year students are provided a bus for transportation from AIIMS residential to the college. All students are provided single rooms from their second year onwards in the main AIIMS hostel.
