Admission into Master’s Union is based on a 2-stage process, where the candidates are holistically evaluated. So there is no direct admission to the institute.
The admission process to Master Union usually includes a MUBAAT exam, which is an institute-conducted exam. There is no specific cutoff for this exam and evaluates the student's aptitude ability, communication skills, Numerical Reasoning, Critical Thinking, Planning, Abstract Reasoning, and Problem-solving. This is an exam for which one cannot prepare. They can obviously prepare for the aptitude part, but not for the game-based evaluation. The game-based evaluation mainly checks what sort of decision one can make and their way of planning and problem-solving. Then those who clear the cutoff will be called for the personal interview round.
If you are someone who is hesitating to apply to Master’s Union because of poor academics. Then you should surely consider applying to Master’s Union because it is an institute that evaluates the students holistically and not based on their academic performance. They do not even consider the scores of any national-level exams. Also if you have a work experience of around 1-2 years then that will add an extra benefit. They usually look for people who can bring some kind of experience to the cohort.
Master’s Union also look for individuals who possess leadership capabilities. So if you are someone who can communicate well and has good communication skills then you can surely use this skill to impress the panelists.
