The intake for the PGDBA program at IIM Calcutta is 60 students with a gender ratio of around 8% females and 92% males. The batch includes both freshers and students with work experience. The admission process to Master Union usually includes a MUBAAT exam, which is an institute-conducted exam. There is no specific cutoff for this exam and evaluates the student's aptitude ability, communication skills, Numerical Reasoning, Critical Thinking, Planning, Abstract Reasoning, and Problem-solving.
