AIIMS Delhi is considered one of the best medical institutes in India with standards equal to Harvard University. It’s the dream college of millions of medical aspirants and rightly serves the first position in the medical family.
AIIMS Delhi is surely the best medical institute one can ask for.
Saying that BITS Pilani is famous for its placements or education is rather lame as it’s a no-brainer that no matter how good it is, it cannot be compared to the old IITs in terms of research opportunities, faculty, and even placements.
But there is certainly something special about BITS Pilani that makes it a coveted choice despite the high fees. From what I have heard from my friends who are alumni of BITS Pilani, there is a magical effect the college has on its students with its dynamic campus life and the family-like bond you develop there.
The people you meet here are each extraordinary in their own way and all have made their way to the institute through merit. The overall ambiance and the company of geniuses instill in you a feeling of achieving something huge and that influence is what makes BITS Pilani special. There is a positive pull that the institute triggers in you that makes you come out of your comfort zone and challenge yourself. To date, many of my friends from BITS Pilani talk about their college with a gleam in their eyes and cherish the learning and experiences of their life there.
First of all, NSUT Delhi does not release its average package officially. The median package is rumored to be around INR 16 LPA. But the question is do these figures actually matter?
Your goal while joining NSUT or in fact any institute should be to explore all available opportunities and build a successful career rather than getting placed. NSUTis a highly prestigious institute that offers an abundance of opportunities and resources importing a great quality education. The campus life, crowd, and opportunities are top-notch. One must have a broader perspective to make the most out of the available resources.
It does have its own cons such as pathetic administration because it’s a government college. However, these situations only make you stronger to deal with this thing called life.
The job and package you secure depend on your skills, hard work, and dedication and not the field you choose. So choose wisely!
My elder brother graduated from Lloyd Business School and his experience wasn’t good. It is just making money as the placement is not good. The faculty's quality is very disappointing.

Hence, it isn’t worth taking admission at such low B schools when you can get enrolled in good ones by preparing and clearing CAT with a perfect score. You could also opt for GL Bajaj College in Greater Noida rather than choosing Lloyd Business School.
If you are planning to start working right after MTech and you belong to the CS branch, then IIT Hyderabad has excellent opportunities for you. However, for other branches like mechanical, biomedical, and material science placements are scarce. You will be left with no option other than going for a Ph.D. Those who even get placed, end up with an extremely low package.
For those who aren't job oriented, and want to pursue core research and PhD, IIT Hyderabad is an excellent choice. It has top-notch labs and research facilities giving you ample opportunities.

IIT Hyderabad 2022 M.Tech placement drive, witnessed the following placement trends:
Overall, the placement scenario can be seen improving and is expected to do more so in the near future.
BITS Pilani cannot be compared to VIT, MIT or SRM given its superior quality peer groups, exposure, and academic environment. The campus life is very vibrant and fulfilling and these colleges won’t give you an experience even close to it.
As for NITs, only the top ones like Trichy, Suratkhal, Warangal, and MNNIT Allahabad can be considered.
VIT comes after NIT and is regarded highly because of its excellent research opportunities and facilities. The college is improving every year and if the resources are used appropriately, you can achieve big things here. Many top companies like Amazon, Microsoft, and Flipkart have started considering VIT students eligible for their placements.
MIT is known for attracting students from affluent families. Its huge campus with an upper-class student body gives an altogether different vibe which students from small towns may find difficult to adapt to.
Ultimately there aren’t any good or bad colleges specifically and it’s all about individuals' preferences and desires to grow. Colleges just are a stepping stone it’s you who has to pave the way to success.
Yes several companies coming to KIIT offer decent internship opportunities in their third year. However, these companies have rigid criteria and screening processes.
As for the PPO, it completely depends on how well you have performed during your internship and is the quality of work you delivered was at par with the needs of the company. Very few companies offer PPOs beforehand.
Companies like Standard Chartered, HSBC, MuSigma, L&T Infotech, and Mass Recruiters like Accenture, Capgemini, Wipro, etc. offer full-time job opportunities.
It’s important to note that every recruiter has its own unique criteria for selection. For instance, Amazon conducts a test and interview but Dell selects the students on the basis of CGPA. A good placement preparation will take you a long way as the opportunities offered here are in abundance. Try to maintain a good CGPA and if you are in CS/IT, work on your coding skills. Don’t forget to give time to extracurricular activities also.
So it’s better to track the companies visiting around the summer break!
NITIE accepts CAT and GATE for its various PG courses. The below table shows the course and accepted exams.

Placements for ICE are both good and bad at NSUT-
Apart from talent, your grades will play a huge role during the placement process. Maintain an 8+ CGPA to be able to sit for majority company placements. Also, for candidates of equal caliber, the company uses CGPA as an important deciding factor during the selection process.
Thus, as an ICE student at NSUT , you will get good placement opportunities in various sectors other than your core sector.
