IIIT Surat is a great choice for students who are looking for an institution that is entirely focused on computer science and information technology. Here are some reasons why IIIT Surat may be a better choice over Thapar University:

However, it is essential to note that institutions like Thapar University and NITs provide an overall development of students through extracurricular activities and other programs, which IIIT Surat may not. Both are good colleges. According to NIRF, XIME Bangalore stood at 102nd and BIMTECH stood at 56th rank. The ranking is based on the research of the colleges on placement, Faculty, Student crowd & Corporate Exposure. 

The visiting companies at BIMTECH include Cannon, Swiss RE, ICICI, Amul, Maruti, Hero Honda, etc. The companies visiting the campus XIME is companies are Accenture, ICICI Bank, Reliance, JP Morgan, Tata Motors, MindTree, Oracle, Infosys, Honeywell, Federal Bank, Deloitte, CRISIL, KPMG, HSBC, HDFC etc. 

XIME has a fee structure of 10 lacs while BIMTECH has a fee of 12 lacs. BIMTECH offers 420 seats in the MBA program while XIMB offers only 180 seats. According to 2020 placement reports BIMTECH offers an average salary of 8.27 lac while XIMB offers an average salary of 7.73 lacs. XAT cutoff for BIMTECH is 70 while for XIMB it is 65.

ITER Bhubaneswar is a private college while VASUT is a state government college. Based on the preconceived misconception, Government colleges are better even if they are poorly located just because they charge lesser fees. However, I will be shedding light on how ITER is better than VSSUT 

• ITER has a better infrastructure.
• ITER has a modern teaching and learning system.
• The professors are very friendly and approachable although they might not be very experienced.
• ITER has specially assigned professors called Faculty Advisors who look after the students individually.
• Some courses help you get extra knowledge.
• ITER has a great placement scenario provided you have a decent profile.
• campus placements are really good if you study properly.
• Its location is better than VSSUT.
• The hostel facilities and mess food are actually good.

Overall, ITER Bhubaneswar is a better choice than VSSUT if you have no financial constraints.

I am assuming you have no specific interests and are looking for a branch that offers good job opportunities. In that case, Maths and Computing at IIT Guwahati is best. With the unique blend of Mathematical concepts and CS concepts, this program has become one of the most coveted ones only second to CSE. Indeed, MnC has an immense workload and is considered difficult but so is ECE. However, if you are not interested in Maths at all, and are a research enthusiast, Electronics is better than MnC. Electronics will give you an opportunity to explore both IT and hardware industries. However, it’s very difficult to secure internships in CE than MnC and this might demotivate you a bit. 

Concludingly I would like to comment that MnC is a good option in the short run while ECE will prove to be beneficial in the long run.

There is a difference between JBIMS and Sydenham, and it is important to understand it from different viewpoints.

Regarding student admission, the process is the same every year. If someone scores 99.9 or above, they will be admitted to JBIMS, while someone with a score of 99.8 will be admitted to Sydenham. The difference between 99.8 and 99.9 in terms of ability and aptitude is negligible, with only a few more questions answered correctly on a particular day making the difference. Thus, the difference between the top students of JBIMS and the top students of Sydenham is barely perceptible.

JBIMS has been consistently ranked among the top institutions for a long time and is likely to maintain this position. It is not likely that Sydenham will surpass JBIMS in the rankings. If JBIMS leaves the CET centralized process, Sydenham will become the top institute purely through CET.

There is a difference in the environment between the two institutions. JBIMS stands out from other MMS-offering institutes due to the work its alumni have done in the industry and the fact that some of its professors only teach at JBIMS. This may be the reason why 4-5 students from SIMSREE take the CET again each year to try for admission to JBIMS.

It is important to consider whether the tag of the institution will define you. The tag of the institution only matters for a few years, providing a head-start, but it is what you do with it in the entire career that depends on you. It is recommended to identify yourself within two years and strive to be better than the crowd, academically and in terms of internships and certifications.

If there is even 1% doubt that you cannot make it in the next admission attempt, it is advisable to evaluate your current situation, your goals, and how JBIMS or Sydenham fits into your plan.

For a BTech, GLA University is better. The infrastructure is as good as it is advised. GLA faculties are brilliant. The professors are friendly and cooperative. During GLA University placements 2022, a total of 810 students received recruitment. Accenture, Wipro, Microsoft, Capgemini, etc. were among the top recruiters. The average CTC for the university is INR 4.5 LPA. GLA allows students to attend a maximum of 5 interviews during placement and they can choose the best offer afterward. 

The university campus is safe. The whole campus has security coverage. The culture on campus is diverse. Many events and cultural functions are organized around the academic year.
