New Delhi: The Uttar Pradesh government is aiming to create the state's first educational township. According to the Yogi Adityanath government, the educational township would be built on the concept of "Single Entry, Multiple Exit."

According to the administration, the move would give high-quality education to youngsters and equip them with a range of professional skills in one location. Also, it will give both students and teachers places to live and a lot of other nice things.
Yogi recently met with officials from the consulting firm Deloitte India to talk about ways to make Uttar Pradesh a $1 trillion economy. During the meeting, he asked the officials to make a detailed plan for setting up five educational townships in the state.
"The government's intention with the education township is to give high-quality education to youngsters while also equipping them with a range of professional skills in one location. Based on the idea of "Single Entry, Multiple Exit," this township will focus on high-end education. It will serve students not only from the country but also from Latin America, Central Asia, and Africa. The Chief Minister's office responded in writing.
Here is a list of everything that would be included in Uttar Pradesh's education township:
- Colleges from all over the world, both public and private, would be able to set up campuses in the township.
- Similar to the Atal Residential Schools, the primary and secondary schools will be in the same place.
- There will be universities and colleges for both undergraduate and graduate education. Technology, management, medicine, and law will be studied and researched there.
- The education township will also have a skill development university where children will be trained in a variety of disciplines. Also, many more coaching institutes like Abhyudaya will be set up in these educational towns to help more students do well on national and state-level competitive exams like NEET, IIT, and the Union Public Service Commission.
- At the educational township, both teachers and students will be accommodated.
- When the "Single Entry, Multiple Exit" system is put into place by the state, students will be able to get low-cost education loans.
Educationists in India appreciate the administration of Yogi's new educational township. Shri Ram Manohar Lohiya, the vice-chairman of the National Board of Education, asserts that the concept of the educational township will strengthen the National Education Policy in India and that not only we Indians but also other developing nations are hopeful that India will pave the way for affordable and high-quality education.
