New Delhi: Uttar Pradesh Department of Social Welfare has made it possible for applicants to monitor the progress of their renewal application. Candidates who have successfully submitted their applications may check the progress of their applications online at scholarship.up.gov.in.
If there are any errors, they must be corrected by contacting college officials. The correction procedure, on the other hand, has a deadline, as stated by a recently released public notice.
Candidates must resubmit the form for approval after correcting the inaccuracies. The state Social Welfare department will only accept such complete applications for scholarship awards until March 25, 2022.
UP Scholarship 2021-22: How to Check Status
The steps to follow while using the Saksham Portal are as follows -
- Go to the UP Scholarship 2022 website, scholarship.up.gov.in.
- Click on the "Status" option on the homepage.
- Then click on the year "2021-22".
- A new tab will appear with the login window asking for "Registration Number" and "Date of Birth."
- After entering the appropriate credentials, select "Search."
- The scholarship status will be shown on the screen automatically.
If the candidate is using the PFMS method, the following steps must be taken:
- Go to the Public Financial Management System's official website, pfms.nic.in.
- On the homepage click on the link next to the words "Know your payments."
- An authentication screen will appear, requesting information such as Bank Details, Account Number, and Word Verification Captcha.
- Fill in these details before clicking the "Search" button.
- The status of the application will be displayed on the screen.
- Click on "Download" to save the status for further reference.
UP Scholarship 2021-22 Renewal Process
Candidates can renew the UP Scholarship 2021-22 by following the processes outlined below –
- Go to the UP Scholarship 2021-22 official website and clivk on "STUDENT" option to view the drop-down menu.
- From this menu, select one of the Renew login servers, followed by the relevant login choice
- A new page will open, asking login information such as the Application Number, Date of Birth, and Password.
- Enter these details, as well as the catcha code.
- To access the dashboard, click the 'Submit' button.
UP Scholarship 2022: Who Can Fill the Scholarship Form?
Candidates who have taken admission in undergraduate or integrated postgraduate courses in mathematics, physics, chemistry or life sciences like botany, animal science etc, can fill the form to be eligible for the scholarship.
UP Scholarship will be awarded to a total of 10,000 students who have successfully made their position in the top one per cent meritorious in the class 12th science examination from various boards throughout India.
Secretary Divyakant Shukla notified that the candidates can download the scholarship eligibility/advisory note to be attached along with the application form can be downloaded by entering their roll numbers from the UP Board website www.upmsp.edu.in.
Earlier in 2021, a total of 20,730 students who scored 390 marks in the UP Board's Inter Science Examination were eligible for this scholarship.
UP Scholarship 2022: How to Download the Eligibility/Advisory Note?
Candidates applying for INSPIRE award scholarship who have secured 415/500 marks or more in the Science stream in the UP Board's Intermediate Examination of the year 2021 can download/ print their eligibility note by following the steps below.
Step 1: Visit the official UP board wen@upmsp.edu.in
Step 2: On the homepage, navigate to the menu bar and click on the scholarship portal
Step 3: It will redirect you to a login page. Enter your roll number
Step 4: Scholarship Eligibility/ Advisory Note will appear on the screen
Step 5: Check/Download/ Take a printout of the note for further reference
