Indian Institute of Management, Shillong and SHRM has collaborated with Talentedge to offer a “Comprehensive and Virtual HR learning Certificate Program Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management” program from the next academic session of 2022.
Under this collaboration, the Indian Institute of Management Shillong and SHRM along with Talentedge will offer the Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management which is derived from the SHRM Body of Competency Knowledge (Global Competency Model).
Referring to the initiative, the officials said, “Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management program is uniquely designed to help students gain both knowledge and application of knowledge across the HR function"

IIM Shillong and SHRM co-branded certificate courses in human resource management will be offered to all interested and eligible candidates through talentedge.com. The course will offer an opportunity for students to learn HR professional skills from anywhere.
PG Certificate in Human Resource Management 2021 Program course curriculum is based on SHRM’s global competency model. The model covers both theoretical and technical competencies of the field and will offer in-depth knowledge and application of course concepts.
