New Delhi: PwC India's Tax Academy established an unprecedented professional certification programme on GST. This program would be accessible on the digital platform Coursera.

This course aims to provide learners with in-demand essential GST information and skills, including the applicability of GST to operations and how to comply with regulations and file returns.
The curriculum will emphasise practical knowledge of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) and educate enrolled students about its implementation through various situations and case studies.
"Closing the skills gap is a complicated challenge that necessitates the collaboration of all parties to make the globe more robust, efficient, and inclusive. As stated by Sanjeev Krishan, chairman of PwC in India, "handling critical issues such as this is key to our strategy and organisational mission."
Thousands of students get degrees in finance, business, and law each year. PwC's Tax Academy strives to fulfil its skilling needs comprehensively by introducing certificates in accounting, direct taxes, transfer pricing, customs, and dispute resolution.
The candidates will receive a professional degree from PwC India, and they will be prepared for entry-level GST positions in India. The curriculum will last roughly 24 weeks, and applicants can complete it concurrently with other educational or employment options.
PwC India's Tax Academy would also empower working professionals to acquire extensive knowledge through customised up-skilling, re-skilling, and stackable programmes, which are required for applicants to succeed and thrive in their jobs.
