NILD Kolkata Admission 2022 Open; Last Date to Apply is June 25

New Delhi: National Institute for Locomotor Disabilities (NILD) has begun the application process for the UG courses such as BPT, BOT, and BPO, for the academic session 2022-24. Aspiring candidates can submit the online application form through the official portal, @niohkol.nic.in, by June 25, 2022. 

NILD Kolkata offers a 4-year Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT), Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (BOT), and Bachelor of Prosthetics & Orthotics (BPO) courses. Candidates seeking admission to the programme can submit their applications till June 25, 2022.

NILD Kolkata Admission 2022: Highlights 

The NILD Kolkata is affiliated to West Bengal University of Health Sciences, (WBUHS) Kolkata, conducts the Entrance Test (NILD CET) for admissions to the BOT, BPO, and BPT courses. 

The CET will be conducted as a multiple choice objective type of questions related to the class 10+2 syllabus. The exam will be conducted for a duration of 2 hours.

NILD Kolkata Admission 2022: Eligibility Criteria 

Candidates seeking admissions into the UG courses offered at NILD Kolkata must satisfy the eligibility criteria. 

• Candidates must have passed class 10+2 or its equivalent exam from a recognized board with subjects Physics (P), Chemistry (C), Biology (B) or Mathematics (M) and English with 50% in PCB/PCM when taken together for General/OBC and 40% for SC/ST and PH candidates.
• Candidates must submit the passing certificate during the time of admission

Candidate's admission will be made strictly on the basis of merit of the eligible candidates determined by the marks obtained in CET-2022.

Step 1: Visit the official application portal of NILD, Kolkata @www.niohkol.nic.in. 

Step 2: Register yourself after filling the required details, such as Mobile number, Email Id etc.

Step 3: Now, login with your registration credentials and fill all details in the Application form.

Step 4: Pay the application fee of INR 1000 and submit the Application form. 

Step 5: Applicants must also take a print out of the form for all future needs.
