NHM Assam CCH Admission 2022 Open; The Last Date to Apply is June 30

New Delhi: National Health Mission (NHM) Assam is inviting applications for its Certificate in Community Health (CCH) course for July 2022 batch. Candidates can submit the application form through the official portal, nhm.assam.gov.in. The last date to apply is June 30, 2022.

NHM Assam offers the Certificate in Community Health (CCH) for a duration of 6 months. For the current academic session, there are a total of 600 seat intake. Candidates who successfully complete this course will get a certificate from IGNOU and will be posted at the Sub Centre -Health & Wellness Centre as CHO.

The course is open to any eligible candidate including contractual employees of NHM, and State Health Society as per the essential criteria. The eligible candidates will be selected based on the aggregate percentage secured by the candidate in the last qualifying exam. The selected candidate will be required to sign a surety bond immediately after the placement at the respective program Study Centre.

NHM Assam CCH Admission 2022: Eligibility Criteria

• BSc Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc Nursing – Registered Nurse Registered Midwife (RNRM) Science in Nursing from a recognized Institute or University.
• Candidates must be less than 35 years of age. For SC/ST there is a relaxation of 5 years as of 1st July 2022.
• Candidates who completed from IGNOU will be posted at the Sub Centre – Health & Wellness Centre as Community Health Officer (CHO).
• The course is open to any eligible candidates including contractual employees of NHM.
• Proficiency in regional or local language and district
• Work experience in the Public Health System preferably at the primary/ Community Health Center level will be given weightage in case of a large number of applicants.

NHM Assam CCH Admission 2022: Selection Process

• All applicants will be subjected to a screening process 
• Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of total aggregate marks in their last qualifying course.

NHM Assam CCH Admission 2022: Stipend

• For in-service NHM candidates during the course remuneration of INR 10,000 per month for Fooding / Lodging for a· maximum of six months.
• For other candidates stipend of INR 10,000 per month and additionally INR 10,000 per month for Fooding / Lodging for a maximum of six· months.
• On successful completion of the course, the CHOs, if absorbed under NHM will receive INR 25,000 per month and performance-based incentives up to INR 15,000 per month.

Online Mode

• Step 1: Visit the official website of NHM Assam, at nhm.assam.gov.in.
• Step 2: Click on the application link of NHM Assam CCH Admission 2022.
• Step 3: Now fill in all details in the Application form.
• Step 4: And submit the Application form. 
• Step 5: Applicants must also take a printout of the form for all future needs.

Offline Mode

Applicants must submit their documents and application form offline in the A4 size envelope mentioning the name of the post to:
