New Delhi: Madhya Pradesh Medical Education Minister Vishwas Sarang launched the Medical knowledge Sharing Mission on World Health Day on April 7. The Medical Knowledge Sharing Mission was supposedly started to provide improved health facilities in the state and also to update the knowledge of the doctors and medical students.

The Medical students and clinicians in Madhya Pradesh will benefit from the mission's latest technology, innovations, and research in medical education and treatment at the national and worldwide levels.

Minister Shri Sarang, the Medical Knowledge Sharing Program office, also stated that the mission will be worked on in several dimensions. For teaching, research, and treatment, MoUs will be formed with various medical institutes (both public and private) in the country and overseas. Medical students and doctors will be given training, capacity building, knowledge sharing, and exposure visit programmes, among other things.
Medical students and practitioners will be able to share their experiences, research work, and other advances digitally through the development of a knowledge exchange interactive digital platform.

Use of Digital Platforms
On the digital platform, doctors from the country and overseas would collaborate, according to Sarang. Professionals and medical students from the state, as well as doctors working at prestigious medical institutions across the country and overseas after receiving medical education from the state, would be registered and connected on the digital platform. The results of medical research and inventions will be made available digitally.
Blogs, conversations, and competitions will be available for discussion and information about the latest medical procedures and genres. Educational activities, as well as linked videos and other digital content, will be made available on digital platforms, such as social media and YouTube.
Medical training using virtual reality equipment based on virtual technology Minister Shri Sarang stated that medical students will be able to get closer to the knowledge of performing real medical procedures and will be well trained in clinical diagnosis and surgical skills with the help of the most recent aspect of medical technology, "virtual technology based VR devices."
