Maharashtra FYJC 2022 Admission: Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who have passed senior secondary examination i.e. class 10 from a recognized board are eligible for admission in class 11 through the FYJC admission process. Some additional eligibility criteria for admission in Maharashtra FYJC are as follows:
- Candidates must have passed class 10 board with English as a compulsory subject
- Mathematics shall be a core subject in class 10 in order to choose a bifocal subject in class 11
- Candidates belonging to the reserved category(SC/ST/OBC) have to present their caste certificate. Outsider candidates are not eligible for reservation.
- Candidates from other states have to fill and submit Appendix ‘A’ form additionally for admission.

This year, the Maharashtra Board students will not have to pay any fees for the FYJC admission forms as they had already paid the SSC exam fees. However, the other boards students have to pay Rs. 170 to fill the Maharashtra FYJC application form.
