INST, Mohali PhD Admission 2023 Open; Apply till March 15

New Delhi: Institute of Nano Science and Technology (INST), Mohali (Punjab) has begun the application process for its PhD Program for the session beginning in August 2023. Interested candidates can submit the online application form through the official portal, @https://inst.ac.in/.
INST Mohali offers PhD programmes in several areas of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology such as, Quantum Materials & Devices, Energy & Environment, and Chemical Biology. Candidates seeking admission to the PhD programmes can submit their applications till March 15, 2023.

INST Mohali PhD Admission will be done considering the academic merit of the students and the shortlisted students will be called for the interview process. The shortlisted students will be enrolled in the PhD program offered by INST, Mohali and the IISER, Mohali will award PhD degree to those students.

INST, Mohali PhD Admission 2023: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates seeking admission to the INST PhD courses will have to meet the requisite eligibility criteria.

• Candidates must hold an MSc. or M. Pharm. or M. Tech. in Basic or Applied Sciences, Engineering degree in related areas. 
• Candidates who have appeared for the final year/semester examinations are also eligible, provided that the degree will be granted by the time of joining.
• Candidates must qualify at least one national-level examination out of GATE/ CSIR/ UGC-NET/ JEST/ JGEEBILS (TIFR/NCBS)/ ICMR-JRF/ DBT-JRF/ DST-INSPIRE/ GPAT.

INST, Mohali PhD Admission 2023: Selection Process

• All the eligible candidates will be shortlisted for interview and the date and mode of interview will be intimated to them through the email address. 
• Ph. D. interviews will be conducted in person and the candidates called for the interview will not be paid any TA/DA.
• Once after the interview, the list of candidates shortlisted for Ph. D. Programme will be uploaded on the INST website and the candidates will be intimated by email.

Step 1: Visit the official portal of INST @https://inst.ac.in/.

Step 2: On the homepage, navigate to the application window and download the application form.

Step 3: Now, fill all the details as asked in the Application form and upload prescribed documents.

Step 4: Finally, Check all the details and submit the Application form.

Step 5: Take print out of the form for all future needs.

Candidates must note that the duly filled applications along with the supporting documents must be submitted to the institute through Registered/ Speed Post/ Courier/ By Hand on or before March 15, 2023.
