Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay has begun online application process for its free Aerospace Engineering Course, called "Introduction to Aerospace Engineering / Flight". The course will be offered through NPTEL platform.

IIT Bombay will close the application window on August 2, 2021, at: onlinecourses.nptel.ac.in. The course is specially designed for students pursuing engineering and offers 4 credits. It will be covered by the IIT Bombay Faculty, Professor Rajkumar S Pant. Professor Rajkumar S Pant is known for years of teaching experience; having acquired Bachelor’s, Masters’s, and Ph.D. degrees in aerospace engineering from reputed colleges.

IIT Bombay Course on Aerospace Engineering will cover various topics related to the aerospace engineering domain. The syllabus of the course will be covered within 12 weeks with the help of presentations, assignments, and various class activities.

After completion of the course, registered students who attended classes will receive a certificate and average assignment score. The scores will include a 25% average of the best 8 assignments of the students, and the remaining 75% will include the exam score of the students out of 100 marks.
